I've developed a new perspective on health based on safely using and recovering from partying too hardy. Some on the advices one might give an xtc user would apply to healthy living and happiness in general.Listening To:
The first is water. Keep hydrated as you might when you are rolling. Don't drink too much either, but its a great thing to make a habit of other than just when partying.
Surround yourself with beautiful things, colours, people - put the same focus on surrounding yourself with and appreciating visuals as you would when you are tripping!!
seek out the fun in thingss, enjoy enjoyment, live in the moment.
Eat fruits and snacks throughout the day!! chew on gum, eat small portions of the same foods you'd eat when you're high... like cuccumbers, melons, tomatoes, strawberries and squishy foods like pasta or even tofu!!
Avoid too much cofee and caffine like pops even!! It will make you feel fresher!
Alow yourself to play with your food or take the time thats fun to prepare it!
listen to music often!!
allow yourself to dance, coo, hug, and move about dramaticly. Keep active, keep moving... alow yourself to rest!! too.!!
notice what is different about how you act when you are tripping maybe you are more generous, more accepting, more open minded, more creative, more confident... take the good things and try to live like that every day!!.
Take care of yourself, and your body like it is precious. pamper yourself, and pamper the people around you, too!! It isn't just when we are partying that we should think of these things but all the time,, so we are healthier and fresh and satisfied!!
