okay well then, to be SURE THERE IS NO CONFUSION, I will correct my previous statement.
"The first BD I got is John Carpenter's The Thing (1982). I love it. I also have Evil Dead 2."

--------

One time in art class, we had to keep a journal of our drawings and doodles. I made my version of the Necronomicon (influenced by Evil Dead ofc). Red ink, yellow pages, circles of summoning. Diagrams of demons, nefarious symbols, and random invented language. Except my art teacher was also an art psychology therapist, and thought I was on the verge of suicide. Silly her.

I should be more specific. The hazardous people are the ones waiting for their green light to cross (north-south). Except they wait on the bike path itself. Not the sidewalk, not the path/road divider, but the bike path... where the bikers aren't slowing down 'cause the light is green for them (east-west).

One of the first horror that I ever saw.... I can't remember.

There were these pumpkin masks distributed around... they were hot seller items for Halloween. Then they showed these commercials on TV which triggered something in the masks... if you wore one you would died. I faintly recall something with lots of worms infecting and pouring out of their own created orifices.

Wouldn't happen to know the name of the movie?

EDIT: never mind found it, it was Halloween III: Season of the Witch.
Didn't think of the Halloween series since Michael Myers wasn't in it.

I'm new to biking. I've been biking a lot this month. Couple of questions...

I see these scooters, or electric bike(?) on the bike paths. Are they allowed? My friend tells me they're electric bikes but to me they looked like super silent scooters.

Yesterday I took a cab which also took my bike. He charged me an extra 5$ for the bike. Is this common? I didn't mind paying at all since I was summer drunk. The last time I bike drunk, I hit a stationary car, and I just got on my bike going slowly...

----------

Also, as a biker, I find pedestrians more dangerous than cars. They don't realized the bike paths are roads for bikes, and we're coming fast. I use my hearing a lot too, to know what's behind me. Every ninjas should know that. It's like basic training.

The only area I can think of using headphones is in a secluded forested mountain bike paths outside of Montreal.

The pic I posted is from a game (Europa Universalis III). I took out France (and her ally Scotland) early on 'cause I didn't want competition during the colonial era. I had like 30k troops for the entire North America, 120k for Europe alone... Damn the Holy Roman Empire. I started at year 1399. Slow game but fun if you're into geography and history. Haven't played it in a long time since it's so time consuming.

-------

As for the British Empire history, I'm currently into the Victorian Era. Specifically, London lifestyle. I will check out the books you suggested when I have time (and money).

just get Firefox and NoScript addon and voila. Run a anti-malware and anti-virus program every month too. I don't know what kind of websites you guys visit, but I never had a virus.

As for hardware, just get a good cooling system. Make sure all the parts you buy are compatible with the others if you build the PC yourself.

I play this game once a week called MAG, and I'm in a clan. Most of members are Americans and a good portion of that are blacks. So while we were cueing up for a game... we were talking about the Health Care system.

The (American) Clan leader told us once he had to get 3 stitches on his head. He had to paid hundred of dollars for that. And the doctor stitched him up in the hallway. We (3 Canadians in the clan) were like haha. They think it's medical paradise here. I didn't tell them that the service and quality varies depending where in Canada you go.

Later on, we told them about KFC Canada doing delivery. They were like whhhhaattt?? They love us even more. haha

yes i was saying photos from one person. I don't necessarily mind his pics once in a while... well apart from the narcissistic watermark .

For 1 party, I rather see 5-10 pics each from 6 different people than just 100 pics from 1 person.

@Korhal don't worry about hitting all the parties. There will be more.

What will come(already happening..) out of this. Kids will see their pictures taken all the time by the Paparazzi, so they won't be concerned about taking the pics themselves. There will be someone recording their fun.

I used to enjoy looking at party pics, seeing from the eyes of different party people. Seeing a jumble of adventures.
But now it's just the perspective of one person. Standardized to death, commercialized memories, visual junk food.

I'm trying to sincerely understand what you are saying, to see it from your point of view. And to do so in a forum, I extrapolate what you post in the past. The past is what make you today. One of your posts is rated at -5, can't even see it unless toggle reply..

Your posts in this thread are like your hands, they stink, stained with shit. This is the feeling I get: You come off a moral pedestal, preaching us about the values of life to us mere mortal. We can't possibly come to your level of understanding because we aren't fueled by... mind altering substances induced, befuddle thoughts taken as enlightenment. Those delusions taken as facts of life.

Maybe people will be less hostile to you if you weren't so prepsytentious about your messages.
