I meant that maybe Screwhead will be hooked on the show that it will entirely grab his attention.
After all, he should be focused on the show especially during the SPOILER parts and this SPOILER part. Don't forget about Episode SPOILER. Especially during the SPOILER parts. Oh, the titties parts too.

depends how many times you're planning to go too.
30$/month is a good deal, but if you only end up going to the gym 1 time per week..

I go 5-6x per week, so in the end it only cost me like 2$ each time.

I'm with Energie Cardio for these reasons:
1. It's super close where I live. So no excuse not to go "it's tooo faar"
2. The staff at my gym are friendly, motivated, and well trained.
3. It has a punching bag. (I'm the only one that use it...)

Price is 45$/month, that's the contract for 1 year. It's cheaper if you're a student, but you also have be less than 25yo. It's a lot cheaper if you work for a company that has "prix corporatifs" with them. The membership also includes free group classes like Body Pump, Yoga, etc...

Supervised session with private trainer is approx. 50$/session. Yes it's worth it for the reasons Daf mentioned. They're the experts.

-----

Have you considered doing a martial arts? like Muay Thai or BJJ. Some of the fittest women I ever met were in my Muay Thai classes I took years ago. I'm considering taking it up again this year.

-----

I didn't want to post a wall of text but finally..
best thing to do is sign up at whatever place you pick for a short period of time, like 3 months. See if you like the environment or what not. If you like it, you can do a renewal for longer at a better price.

My friend works as a UPS driver. He says UPS are looking for people.

sorter: you work at the hub and sort package. kinda monotone.
driver: drive their trucks and deliver package all over the city. you need drivers ofc.
walker: some drivers have lots of packages and the delivery point is a large area, like a corporate building, large area like McGill U. Walkers ride shotgun with driver and help them carry the load.

also you might check out their competitors like Fedex and such.

But just in case you are serious or anyone else who is with military training. Checkout Reflex Responses (R2).
The crown prince of U.A.E is building a private army. Because U.A.E. own army don't have much military experience and the crown prince don't trust Muslim killing another Muslim, this new PMC is being created.

For real... it's a private military force to oppress/pacify the citizens of U.A.E should they wish to join the "Arab Spring". Pays about $150 a day. lol.

I like A 'cause you use less force when breaking the square because the weight of the roll is like leverage versus your pulling. Hanging from the bottom provides counter balance. On the other hand, pulling from B, over the top, your tug will have momentum. Thus, you might over roll and use more squares than necessary.

I use 'C' cause I don't use a roller. The TP rest on its side on a counter/shelves.

[ www.nieuwsbank.nl ] (translation below)

The law is already in effect in such town as [ ] 2 other towns ban coffee shop altogether.

Good news is numerous city councils are fighting it, and there's still the Netherlands Supreme Court.

realm government

coffee shops decided club for local market

Nieuwsbericht | 27-05-2011

the cabinet takes measures to push back nuisance and drug tourism. The access to coffee shops is linked to clubpas and comes maximum to the number of members. Members must be of age and inhabitant of the Netherlands.

Coffee shops are this way decided clubs for the local market. The council of ministers has agreed, on proposal of minister Schippers (Health, Welfare and Sport) and minister Opstelten (VenJ).

Suspension open door policy coffee shops

wants the cabinet that the current open door policy of the coffee shops is concluded and that combating organised (drugs) crime is intensified.

That to reach, the cabinet takes the following measures:
* Only residents of the Netherlands obtain to coffee shops. This happens on vertoon of valid identity papers and on the basis of membership.

* The membership is granted in the form of clubpas, on vertoon of a valid identification document and a proof that the applicant inhabitant of the Netherlands is. A membership is contracted for at least 1 year.

* The cabinet maximeert the number of members of the coffee shop. Maximum at a later moment it is determined. The burgomaster can stipulate a lower maximum member number depending on the local circumstances by coffee shop.

* Residents of the Netherlands do not obtain to the coffee shops. The cabinet signs Maastricht at this decision to that the outcome of the lawsuit at the Council of State between the municipality and a coffee shop holder concerning the resident criterion is waited.

* The visibility of coffee shops for schoolboys for to reduce, increased the cabinet the distance between schools and coffee shops to 350 meters. Thereby the real distance applies, at foot concerning public gone.

The measures are gradually introduced.

The cabinet expects that the fence of coffee shops makes it for foreign drug tourists no longer attractive to the Netherlands to come for cannabis. Possible side effects of the measures are watched sharply and are tackled police force, judicial authorities and governing board.

Increase sentence requirements

further will raise the Public Prosecution Service the sentence requirements for the professions and commercial cultivation of (and trade in) hemp and the production of (and trade in) large quantities of soft drugs.

Suppression drug crime

the cabinet will strongly intensify combating organised (drugs) crime:

* The number of criminal organisations that is tackled, is doubled of 20% to 40%.

* The treatment also aims at the underlying structures which these facilitate forms of organised crime.
* The cabinet invests the coming years strongly extra in decreasing criminal capacity.
