It's a great combo, but intense. The effects of the mush and MDMA synergize, so that the combined high is more than the individual highs added together. I had a truly beautiful experience on this combo, as well as a few that were just TOO much.

Ideally, ecstasy should be pure MDMA, though inactive binding agents will be necessary in a pressed pill. But binding agents shouldn't be considered as "cut" because the purpose isn't to dilute the drug, I'm not sure the actual amount of the binding agent in a pill but I'm sure it isn't much. It does seem like ecstasy caps tend to be more pure than pills, at least in Montreal, but of course theres no way to be sure until you try it. I also think that many people actually prefer MDMA cut with a bit of speed, at least for taking at a rave, because MDMA by itself itsn't that stiumulating and can even be hard to dance on if your rolling too hard.

There are certainly differences between scientific theories and religious beleifs, but most people who think of themselves as "rational" and "scientific" in their outlook are really no different than blind beleivers in faith. Most scientific theories of the past century or so are far too complex for lay people to thoroughly understand, and even if they get the "basic idea", they have no way of verifying it themselves to see if its in fact true. So ultimately it boils down to a matter of faith, its just that "rational" people put their faith in the words of scientists, just as religious people put their faith in the words of priests/clerics/etc.
