seriously, i still don't know.
Democraty est importante. I must vote.... I think Ill vote NDP, bloc or Liberal. I really don't wanna vote for conservateur. Why more money in army ? Why being anti-abortion? and anti-homosexuality ? Harper also looks like J-F kennedy, me don't want canadians like americans. |

voting for the conservatives just because you don't like paul martin is shortsighted and idiotic in my opinion.
yeah, paul martin isn't the best candidate for pm but i'd rather him than someone who's going to set canada back decades on issues like abortion, gay marriage, gun control, military spending, social consciousness and basically someone who's just a better spoken fuckin gee dubya bush. i'd vote for the ndp if it wasn't so close but it IS too close, the conservatives COULD win. and i honestly cannot understand how anyone can support the conservative's agenda. and this isn't directed at anyone in particular but if you feel it hitting too close to home, take a good close look at the results of a conservative future. and then, as someone said, put snapping turtles down yer pants. |

the romantic in me wants to vote marxist leninist but i live in a riding where the bloc could win (plateau+outremont) so every vote might count.I dont's agree with the bloc:
"moi je viens ni de quebec ni du canada, mais je viens de montreal" I really don't want the conservatives to win (especially with a strong majority, because you won't regognize canada 4 years from now after they are done) The liberals are screw ups the ndp are not yet ready to govern, they need to spend a few years holding 20+ seats in the house of commons so i guess it's liberals (maybe I'll do it with plastic gloves on, as if it's dirty job) "so much trouble in the world" bob marley |

I am voting GREEN because they are the only party that will not try to change the law to prosecute file sharers on the Internet. |

Well I'm not voting liberal mainly because I don't trust them after the sponsorship scandal..
I'm not voting Conservative because I think they would be a step back..if Harper were PM we'd be in Irak right now I think Bloc has a good platform and is very respectable...I just simply do not want Quebec to seperate, so no vote for them all I have left are the communists, Jimmy (yes there is a sign that says Vote Jimmy with a guy that looks like a thug), marijuana party or NPD I think I'll be going NPD ..hey I still have like 7 hours to decide woot |

I really think it's finally time to boycott liberals. As to why, it's pretty much all been said... that and voting for a party just because someone you respect votes for it or is in it is hardly valid logic. They do not decide government policy, the party officials do.
As for the Bloc, I think it's safe to say anything good they may have in their platform is totally negated by the fact that their main purpose is to separate Quebec. I don't want to be part of another economic depression, Russia was enough; besides, language police is yet another form of oppression. We're supposed to live in a free society, so why is it that store owners get fined if their sign's english caption is larger (or even equal to) than French? I could go on, but why not safe time and conclude that this is obviously an election of lesser evil. I just think Liberals and the Bloc, which seem to be quite popular among you folks, are probably the bigger evils of the bunch. As much as I'm usually against voting for marginal parties, I'm probably gonna head out there and cast my vote for Weed. And so should you. |

Conservative party is the biggest evil of the bunch, in my opinion.. They want to reverse the rights of Gay's to marry... What next? Reversing minority rights ? |
