heh, the US is not powerfull enough to take over the world.

hell, china could kill em just by landing on American shores.. and just keep sending more and more troops..

people see Americans as so damn strong cause no major war has ever taken place on their own land.. but if it came to their doorstep, they'd be just as weak as any other country..

google US invasion of Canada and you'll find all the answer you need for what might have been an all US North America.

if you think about murder, you already took a step in doing the deed

The following is a full-text reproduction of the 1935
plan for a US invasion of Canada prepared at the US Army
War College, G-2 intelligence division, and submitted on
December 18, 1935. This is the most recent declassified
invasion plan available from the US archival sources.

spelling and punctuation of the original document are

And please, there is a difference between destroying the world and conquering the world. Sure, the United States can thermonuclear planet Earth 30 times over, but it is not in their best interest. It is no one best interest.

In the conventional war, United States of America can't not possibly defeat against a united Europe and Russia, let alone the world. The industrial output of the US doesn't nearly equal that of the world. The Middle East and Latin America can easily cut off the exportation of oil. Do you know the logistic of fuel consumption for a war? Also, China has a population of 1 billion which 250 million are men of fit fighting age.

The U.S hardline foreign policy is not about conquering land... it is about geopolitical power. To aid friendly goverments and dissentents of a non-friendly countries for the purpose of selling their natural ressources and human labour to private american companies and/or establish a military base.

Hmm, okay...
So I guess I was wrong in assuming that there isn't a possibility of the U.S invading Canada.
I'm sorry... I should have know better.
But that wasn't actually what I was trying to get across. What I meant to say was that considering the amount of might the U.S millitary holds with it's $267-billion dollar budget, versus, our measly $7.8-billion dollar millitary budget, not to forget the difference in man power. I figure the attempt in boosting millitary funding would be quite futile.

And yes, considering the maturity and intellectual level of this disscusion, I would undoubtably be considered underage. ARHHHHHHH...

lol seriously??? a civil war is a war between oneself... but the states were only ever colonies part of the british commonwealth... they werent actual part of the country. The people of the America's possessed their own ideologies that were completely different from those of georgeian england

neoform: the civil war was more like 150 years ago

also... Pearl Harbour and the WTC attack can probably be considered acts of war that took place on American soil.

so for all you dumbasses voting for beer or any other imaginary party, why not try and make a difference in society and participate, to eventually try and change things a little..
get off your lazy asses and vote...

i tought i was gonan vote that way too- but they don't even stand a slight chance.. i feel like my vote could be better used towards a party with similar ideas that aren't as extreme
