No offense Ezechiel, about 1/3 of your posts are incomprehensible. It might simply be a language barrier though.

What reasons do you find acceptable to jump the metro?

If anything, the North American society is far more capitalist than socialist. It appears you are the one that needs to crack open your lesson books.

Why am I called screwhead? Here's the explenation from my dj profile:

Where did you get your DJ Name from?

Some time back in 2002 a lot of times when I'd work on tracks, I would do it after watching a horror movie (or even a few times, while I was watching it. Dual monitor setup is t3h pwn)

So I was fucking around with Acid, and was doing a breaks remix of my favorite hard acid tune, Brain #31-Tinnitus, while watching Army of Darkness, just as more of a background thing so that I can keep getting distracted and never tire of focusing too much on what I'm doing.

In the middle of working on it, I loaded up a new drum loop, right as Ash says "Now listen up, you primitive screwheads. See this? This... is my boomstick! ", and my CPU froze up for a second (I had a P3/550 with 128 megs ram) and my media player stuttered on the workd Screwhead, but what I was playing in acid was still going and it ended up beatmatched so that Screwhead was skipping on beat and Boomstick hit right when the track dropped.

I went and googled it and found no other Dj or producer by the name of Screwhead (Spooky, The Spookshow and Nothing were already used by people)

and lol, I'm absolutely not even close to virtuous, but I'm also not stupid enough to skip over into the metro and then cry for getting caught. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. The fact of it is, you did something you shouldn't have and got caught. The only person to blame is yourself. The only person responsible for it happening is you. It doesn't matter that you "had a reason"; poor starving people stealing food because they can't afford it will get arrested and thrown in jail just as fast as someone skipping into the metro or someone who murders or rapes someone, IF THEY GET CAUGHT!

Next time you decide to do something stupid and ILLEGAL, make sure you're willing to face the consequences of your actions, or don't do it.
I'm feeling the no pussy blues right now..

this is why i am so tired of leftists these days...

they want everything to be free all the time, they want zero responsibility when it's bad, they want 100% freedom and control when it's good...

i'm sorry ezechiel but i think i have to agree with fred and lone star on this one

what i think is really funny about this whole discussion i that everyone is forgeting one thing: THE METRO IS FOR POOR PEOPLE! The metro exists to help people get around the city who can't afford a ride, most importantly so that they can get to work. If you jump the gates at the metro occasionaly, like if you forget your pass because you were cutting lines with it on your coffee table, i don't think that it's the end of the world, however, if you are jumping the gates every day it's lame, and you deserve to get a ticket. If you are jumping the gates everyday, you are stealing from every person who pays, you wouldn't steal $2.50 (or whatever it costs these days to ride the trains) from the same person everyday, why is it ok to steal from everyone everyday? People really need to get a grip on this, it's not ok to steal from everyone or make everyone else pay for you, i don't know why people think it is...but it's straight up shamefull do to that, do you think you're special?

Don't ramble on about socialism if your not willing to pay for your ride on the trains, the metro doesn't make a profit, it actually opperates at a loss and has to be supported by taxes...It's called 'transport en commun' for a reason because it's for everyone.

anyway dude if you can't pay the ticket you can do community service, i did it for tickets i had, it was even kinda fun (i got to work in a comunity kitchen, the bums that go there even smoked me on a joint) if your interested i think i still have the number you have to call at the city court house to make it happen,
I'm feeling surly right now..

Screwhead : fuck man, I think we oughta grab a beer together sometime this summer. On me. Heh. I couldn've explained it better myself.

Basdini also deserves massive props.

And you know what Ezechiel ? Panhandlers and people living in the streets PAID FOR THE FUCKING METRO and they are waaaaay poorer than any of us here. What's your fucking excuse ?

It's always fun and games until you get caught and THEN cry about it being an injustice.

So it comes back to what I said : RESPONSABILITIES. Take 'em. Like all of us. You fucked up, ASSUME like a grown up. Like all of us.
I'm feeling d&b selektah right now..

the protesters were apparently attacking the media covering the event, which I'm sure will help the protest be shone in a good light.

Another example of "let's attack police brutality with... citizen violence!"

haha this is the stupidest thing ever said, you JUMPED over the fence and got caught, now its the society's fault ...

sorry but everyoen agrees with lonestar and the rest.

if you dont have the money to pay 2.75, then why did you jumped while you know chances are you gonna end up paying 235$.

if you dont have the money, WALK then.

and it is more important to have a computer and the internet at home than to pay 2.75$ for a metro ride?

how old are you, 16?
