I used 1milk2sugar twice..and both time there has been some problems!

1st time was for the ticon party, they decided to center the front of my flyer, which made it look really weird...

2nd time, it was for the 64hz party a couple weeks ago, we asked for 1000 1 color print (only black, on white paper)...
we ended up with 3000 4 color flyers...
the litte girl said we should be happy we got 3000 flyers with 4 colors printing!
but 4 color black look purple, and we trashed about 2000 flyers...

never again!

acid techno is pretty much dead since a couple years...
check out the old stuff by geezer, ddr, chris liberator, d.a.v.e the drummer, even hardfloor for some oldschool acid...
also the acid flash/sound of acid core compilations have lots of good stuff on them...

you are wrong....

if you want to use any other software using the mbox, you have to rewire it in protools...

or you might be able to use it using the special digidesign asio driver to run other applications, but check out how many people are complaining about the stability....then think again about getting an mbox for non protools software

mbox: too expensive for what it is, and you are stuck with using protools...

protools is way overrated...

oh and I might be a little hard on the rp's...
they arent that bad for the price...

but when you compare them side by side with some pretty good monitors, you can see that there is some issues in the high freqs.

the rp series have issue with the high frequency...
put a blanket over a pair of nice monitor, play some music..and thats how the rp sounds..

the bx5a are 279$ new in box..and the bx8a are 439$...
if its the 5a, you are getting screwed roughtly in the ass...
and if its the 8a, you are still getting screwed, but the guy was kind enough to use some lube...

also, they doesnt sound really good, but for the price they are alright..
they are good for listening but I wouldnt produce on them....

once inside, you had about 15-20 peoples sitting and talking....and an empty dancefloor....

that was it...

at least I got some free beer and free pool...

the owner will actually want more money for his house since he will loose about what.. 5%? to the agent/broker...
and you can negotiate the price more easily if you deal with the owner itself....

there is a couple website/newspaper/etc where you can find things for sale through the actual owner, and deal directly with him....

I used to work for a real estate related company, we created the software the montreal real estate board is using....spent 2 1/2 years working closely with the board and various agents...

my only advice would be to try to bypass buying through an agent/broker, you will save a lot of money and trouble....

deal directly with the owner if you can...

they seems to be working fine here, the settings are saved, and are still the same where I re-open the project...

tu pese play, et ca te montre exactement ou jouer...
C'est fait pour les 5ans et +, alors peut-etre que si tu te concentre bien fort, tu pourrait reussir a suivre les lumieres et jouer quelque chose qui ressemblerais a de la musique....
