Anyhow... The only contacts i had online with that director were very negative and he said he would ignore me (which made me really happy..) but first thing he's behind the stage, following.. I have to ask Nathan/promoter to tell him to not film us..Just creepy i tell you! We don't want our music or stuff associated with his movie or projects.. Luckily Nathan is a great guy and he made sure the guy goes away.. I'm just so happy i'm not in this movie/trailers and i feel sorry for some of the people showed in the trailers... (mark tu parlais de charrues dans le post que tu as edite..en passant TU es dans les trailers...) Did playground asked Antonino/the director to delete the trailers on the web before the injunction? All this story would have been avoided if he would just edit/cut out the segments and delete the trailers.. I totally understand playground or whoever who don't want to be associated with this film/or the trailers... There's no mystery there.. |

Rules of footage of crowds are different than small groups of people. Trust me I know, I take photos for a newspaper. Crowd shots do not fall under the same rules. Do you think that news footage gets permission from every single person in a crowd? no. All Antonino has to do is remove the footage from the bal en blanc, which is likely a very small fraction of the movie. Meanwhile, there is tons of footage of events like the Piknik Electronic, who are aware of the footage (Antonino interviewed the promoter even), and it is generally flattering, akin to free advertisement. I think this is more of an ad-hominem attack against antonino by certain people who have a personal problem with him. Hopefully they waste plenty of money on lawyer fees. The movie isn't about you. Nobody here cares about what you do. Go on with your life and leave antonino alone. Good luck with your career in music/drama if you already have problems with your image getting out. You'll have many more people paying attention to you if you do succeed in the entertainment industry. Tip for people: if you don't want attention, stay at home, dress conservative, and do nothing. |

I love how people are defending stuff they claim not to know much about. You keep saying everyone's assuming a lot of stuff regarding this movie yet, most of your replies start with "I think Antonino would've never done this", "I'm sure Antonino does not want anyone to look bad " and "I guess this is what he's trying to do". Like Ufot said, that's a lot of "ifs", "i thinks" and "maybes". That doesn't make your assumptions any more factual than anybody else's... unless you've ALREADY seen the movie, which is starting to look more and more likely as we progress.

Even YOU said it is "just a name"), I fail to see how voicing your criticism at the screening would do anything do change the final format of the movie. The end result is being more informed about how pissed off about this movie one is.
You could have come to the screening and then given your opinions of the movie. If there were criticisms that would be the time to do it before the final version is made. There is a reason that Antonino wanted to do a free screening for the people of this website and people of some of the other scenes in the movie. So they can see it and then make up their opinion instead of talking out of their ass about stuff they don't even know about.
