en tout cas, pour moi il faudrait qu'ils me payent cher en ESTI pour torcher la marde sur les plancher du métro et ramasser le vomi dans les wagons.

About the same amount the guy at McDo's paid to wipe off the shit and puke on the floors.

And if you think there's less of it... you haven't been to Cantelneau's McDo at 3am.
I'm feeling picnicbasketted right now..

Georges is absolutely right about fucking GREEDYNESS. it's kinda make me sick... what's the % of the population who does have the same advantages then those fuckers? and they asking for more again? i hate them...

generally public transportation runs at a loss, so the fee hikes are less for greasing stcum workers wages and more to counteract the maintenance and equipment costs, fuel, repairs, new routes, etc. Fact is stcum workers Should be paid what theyre getting; and yeah more even, what makes their demands stand out is the fact that most people dont get a fraction of what they ought to, but just cause theyre closer to it doesnt make me want to deny them more benefits. The way theyre going about it tho, does vex me..

solidaritys a good notion, but i dont necessarily sympathize with their methods. What about the further pollution caused during that time just for their increased paycheque?.. my solidaritys given to the environment.
I'm feeling no limits, only laws right now..

agreed

i'll suppport anyone who fights wage stagnation.

on that note

concordia support staff have been working without a contract since 02, utter crap...

i really get the feeling sometimes that most people on this board haven't got a clue what the fucking score is...

whether you see it or not there is a class war going on in front of you , it's between on the one side, workers, students and and other down troden individuals, and on the other side the rich property owning plutocratic rulling class.

if you're not part of the second group then you re part of the first, i don't think anyone on this board is really part of the second group.

it's not an accident that it's getting harder to make an honest living or to make it on your own in the world. It's because of class polarization which is undeniable. The rich continue to get rich and live comfortably while the poor get poorer and live lives of increasing animalization and degredation. The only way it is ever going to change is if people stand for themselves and support people who stand up for themselves.
I'm feeling surly right now..

Well the communists tried to fix that but they failed...

Personally most of my friends that I know who work hard are talented are achieving something, those that complain about the world and don't work hard achieve less...

If you want to be able to go on strike, work for yourself. You can strike all you want.

well at the begining that was supose to be the purpose of union..protect worker class... before central union were also taking part of important fights... black/native/minority rights, minimum salary..ect

my parents worked more than 30 years at csn central in mtl and i can tell that it have change alot... nobody almost want to change anything anymore.. they are all old who had lost their ilusions!! they are still very aware of mondial critique situation but have other shit to do on the week-end... young people didn't take that much place(the other generation didn't leave space too..)

i have impression that's for a big time now union are a bizness like an other, - sign your "card" give the money.. next!

csn it's still a great place deep even for all the b.s.! i know for some people it's seem crazy but the guy who's mentaly chalenged/retarded/handicaped is happy to clean the toilet there for 35 000/year.. they still help alots of people..

but they are not helping everybody.. you have to be a member blabla budget blabla it's like a religion or what?!! lol and now yeah they are helping lazy ignorant people who have 40 000/year..

at the begining i think union were great.. it was based on a socialiste ideologie, not bad..it have change

it's not 67 anymore... :(

whatever you might say, i still say they're a bunch of pressure tactic douchebags

they make on average 50,000$ a year and now they want 2% a year for 3 years....

as a mechanic they can go elsewhere and try to make more with benefits but they just hide behind the union

i'm glad to know that mechanics make more than teachers and ask for more when the stm has openly claimed losses in the last few years

*clap clap* you got my sympathy, you dicks
I'm feeling sorta sad right now..
