Im not in it to make friends if I have an opinion Im not going to be afraid to speak my mind out of fear that I might offend some stranger over the internet... if that person whats to form an opinion about me thats based in reality they will take the time to talk to me in person and learn that I am probally the most honest truest person youll ever meet (some thing if you took the time to ask around the people that acctually know me like steve and fishead you would learn very fast)... Im not interested in playing the suck up game that a lot of others on this board seem to think is so important to do. Im not interested in getting gigs becasue someone things Im nice Im interested in getting gigs becasue they like my music (I say my music because Im not a dj who plays other peoples music).... Im not interested in keeping friends or making new ones whom are afraid of a critique, whom get thier backs up against the wall just because someone implies or even out rightly said this sucks...if I think it sucks Im gonna say it...other wise Im only lieing to my self and the rest of the people around me...that is some thing Im not interested in being: a 2 faced liar who cant be honest with him self or his friends and sits on the fence about every thing because Im afraid to rock the boat... Ive always done things may way and have ended up with more folks respecting me because of it... I would rather have less folks repect me and have more enemies becasue Im being real and true to my self...then have a shit load of people like me becasue the think hes just "nice", being just "nice" is like being beige or wall paper... if I think someones being a wierner or doesnt know what they are talking about Ill speak my mind... let it be known... Im not beige Im mulit colored loud, vibant and defiantly not someone who will ever just fade into the back ground... this is what I think.....personally I think someone in this thread is bloody insecure about thier skills and thats why this thread has gotten out of control (try reading the whole thread from start to finnish youll exactly why things are the way they are)... and I equally think there are an aweful lot of folks in this thread not being true to them selfs and honest with thier peers becasue they are afraid to ruffle some feathers... you all know who you are so please I urge you get some fucking backbone!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
