This isn't dog the bounty hunter. get your friend to take pictures of his injuries, speak with a lawyer and file a police report. contacting the security company directly isn't gunna do much aside from giving them a chance to cover their tracks and maybe have a laugh. Yer friend probably doesn't have much to worry about considering the evidence was never turned into the proper authorities and was probably snorted out of a whores anus. there is also pretty strict rules about security guards in canada using force and restrains like handcuffs. and i'm pretty sure it involves filing a police report in situations where force is applied at the very least... but seriously... talk to a lawyer, it's your best bet. and your friend has lots of rights considering it wasn't the police who did this. in the meantime. crank calls are always pretty funny... ie. your the the agent of elen degenerous and she's looking for muscle bound female body guards for protection and "maybe more" for a upcoming trip to montreal. and then make sure to put some emphisis on the "maybe more" part and perhaps suggest a strict dress code of hot pants and mustaches... or at least see how far they'd be willing to go for some of that american idol money. but yeah... you get the idea. just make sure to record any prank calls or they may as well have never happened... |

I would assume that a company that acts professionally would at least take a complaint and fire the people responsible! Y'a des criss de caves partout, on les remarque le plus quand ils sont en situation de pouvoir.
