A good friend of mine was handcuffed by 4 Legion security guys (which have built a solid reputation for being the biggest douche bags slash assholes slash losers on a power trip), thrown in a dark room and beaten WHILE BEING HANDCUFFED. Yes, kicked in the fucking face while unable to defend himself. And there are witnesses. Who the fuck does that?? The victim is a super calm sweet easy going guy who clearly did not deserve it, although he did get caught with a small amount of K, BUT IT AINT A VALID REASON REGARDLESS. He could barely move, so why beat him?? I've read other people's horror stories with security guys on [ rave.ca ] before, so I'm just letting you guys know that if anyone's had a similar story with Legion security, my friend will be pressing charges, so let me know if you'd like to do the same and I'll put you in touch with him. I've been hearing so many fucked up stories with that company and have seen them get pretty aggressive with ppl for no reason, that I know they're gonna get in trouble for this. |

Who's story do you think a judge would trust more, a person who does drugs and got caught by security with drugs, or people who work a security job as a living? Was the beating excessive? Possibly. Unless there's video, all there is is the word of people who were possibly drinking or also doing drugs that are standing up for their friend (therefore displaying an obvious bias) or the people who were sober and in charge of things. |

I know that a citizen arrest only allow you to restrain while authorities come, nothing more, if catched on hot pursuit. To me a judge would weigh more the fact that such arrest was abused than someone mildly in a alternate state. |

Second, it's not the first time they do crazy shit like that. Les abus de pouvoir semblent être une pratique courante avec Legion. Yeah fine, he's guilty of trying to have a good time with his vial -fair enough. But after speaking to a criminal lawyer, I KNOW that what they did is illegal. There are witnesses and I will not stop yapping until someone's punished. They are taking advantage of the fact that people are "too wasted to remember". Fucking disgusting! Not only is HE traumatized, so is the witness! I bet these assholes all do drugs themselves. Sounds like a total cokehead powertrip fest to me. My friend didn't start a riot, he was just minding his business doing K. They should've confiscated it. Handcuffing him... was that even necessary?? It's not like he could leave the boat anyway, and being totally wasted didn't particularly make him a violent threat. Kicking someone in the face while he's handcufffed is not right, no matter what he did! He wasnt aggressive(ever seen aggressive ppl in a K hole? I havent), didn't fight with anyone and certainly didn't deserve that gaybashing session with a bunch of wankers. Have you seen how these guys behave? I've seen them be very violent with drunk ppl for no reason, simply because they can... they are on this huge powertrip and seem to be having fun hurting others.
