Remember milton/clark corner? the karting? La boite on st-laurent? the Lab near rosemont? Remember walking in weird industrial suburb trying to find the place with sketchy direction...to finally find the place because you heard the bass from outside? Remember minitank and their crazy flyers and concept? Remember having trance, techno, dnb, hardcore, etc.. all in one night and nobody bitching about it...? Remember when dj actually played 2-3 hours set? and not having a party where they would fit 14 dj in 12 hours just so they had more names on the flyers? Remember when E was actually good? Remember when everyone would actually stay until the very end, asking for more? Remember all the after at the tams? Remember when promoter were not lazy, and would actually give their 1000% to make their party, the best party ever? not just put some crappy speakers, crappy dj and crappy deco in a crappy venue...and call that a rave? Remember when the scene was actually a scene...when everyone was always there...and when you knew they were going to be there next week? Remember the raveweb? #rave-quebec? Remember when promoter actually helped eachother? Remember thursday night at sphinx? or iznogood at fouf? Remember those crazy night at sona? That was the real "Raves" days imo.... now...I dont even know how to call it... |

I'm all nostalgic now, kinda makes me wanna change my answer. ... But yeah, I still most of the scene's problems would be fixed with cheaper, more accessible venues. There are still dedicated promoters and DJs out there, IMHO. |

Being the first time I tried it, I thought it wasn't doing anything so I smoked up anyway. The next thing I know, I cant understand a word my friends are saying and when I decide to get up and dance, my legs aren't responding. So we just all sat there laughing at my predicament. About 40 minutes later, the whole effect is gone and everything is back to a normal weed buzz... |

Don't forget the part where u end up getting sick and chucking your cookies!! XP ***I don't know about that, especially the addiction part... I or course can't overdo it with K like that or I just end up feeling sick. And I have a low tolerance for K, so yeahh... when I do K, I don't really do that much. And I don't get the wicked jonesing for more like I do when I do pills. |
