I'm not getting involved in this conversation because I think it's rude to call people morons. But how about you all see the movie before you make ignorant comments? I didn't like Bowling for Columbine, but Roger & Me was great and his tv shows are funny if not always morally correct. So I'm gonna go and watch it and laugh at the funny parts and think about the serious parts and then decide if he's full of shit or not. |

Ok dude, Im a typical idiot...I just think that everyone is getting all involved in this controversy bullshit that we dont even know what the point is anymore. I find opinions are biased, especially mine and yours...INCLUDING Mike Moore's...we all have our say, why be opposed to it?

Micheal needs to make money just like everyone else...
fine, micheal isn't the shinning light of truth like some believe he is fine alot of his stuff is stuff is exagerated and out of context, but... i'd like to see how hard hitting his movies would be if he didn't use some PR tricks and such god damn you are all in love with your opinions and the fact that you can have them |

bahhh who cares if michael moore is biased or not..he's allowed to make movies and say whatever he wants really........you don't have to believe him or like it though, so whats the problem? |

In fact the opinions posted in this thread are biased. What would have made Michael Moores views biased is if he just sat there in front of his camera and told the world (ex Bowling for Columbine) that the Americans are a bunch of war/gun crazy mongrels with nothing to back it up, however, he didn't. Instead he went out with his hearsay opinions and made them factual by searching for information, interviewing the people involved and putting it on camera, allowing the viewers to make their own opinions.
Now whether or not he cut the film because he decided to paste something that he wanted to hear and/or see is another story because with today's technology, all this is possible with the right click of a mouse. But on the other hand, there's a multitude other of sources to receive the knowledge of what happens around the world, ie. the news, the local paper, the radio, the internet, not just some person's word. All these tools are at our disposal so that later on we can make and educated statement about a certain situation and to some degree, render our opinions un-biased. |

yeah, pretty nice,
but you realize that it's because of the newspapers, and radio stations and such, that michael produces these films for news around the world it's better to go to independant smaller companies check Z magazine theres a whole lotta other stuff but i can't post it now, i'm too fucking tired |

No I agree, some news stations, papers, T.V. shows, etc, are mainly funded by the U.S. government so they aren't going to be the ones to turn around and say what a shitty job they're doing because that's business today. What I'm trying to say is be smart and don't let yourself be led astray by other people's biases by educating yourself on what's real. |
