yea esp. when you point to ATR & DHR .

but i fail to see nazis part of a scene they reject all to themselves. like sayng skinheads own a style of music. its associating style /w point of views /w scene /w someother bogus reasons that doesnt change the fact thats like an urbanlegend.

what if elvis was racist ? would we all be ? would we be because we listen to it ?

i listen to " The Mentors " everyday, and it doesnt make me a rapist, woman denigrator and the like.
i might be pissed off everyday bevcause of it be , im not associating my values to it ? if anything im, sarcastic about it.

you know about the deported acadians, you think they all listen to the same music , let alone think all alinke and voted the same politican with 100% voices.?

lol. no. that wasn't what I was saying.

if gabber producers felt compelled to put out protest records against nazis, they obviously did recognize it as a problem in their scene.

some other scenes, like acid house, or jungle - they never had a Nazi problem.

that's all =)

man, you got it ALL WRONG.. they "felt the need" to put up that shit because of people like BLISS who generalise and associate style with attitude. If people didn't make comments or "assume" shit like this, other's wouldn't feel the need to "show there true face", which in this situation would be, anti-racist, etc..

i remember jungle being a protest against techno music mainstream in germany.

as Carl Crack interview went , he said , that techno music was formated ,and mainstream, and jugnle was a protest against that , and the whole establisment of stature in the political system.

i read a lot.

so as long as i dont read that all junglist are anti-faschist, im aware that some
right wing somewhere, must like the avangardist groove even if it was propagated against it.

you can just NOT generalise. french language exceptions exposed that quite clearly.

mmm....
recoil is right actually.
go back read my posts and fishead posts also.
it is unfair to associate neo-nazis and gabber but....
anyway go back read.
same problems happen with punk rock in the late 70s with sham 69 for exemple.

and your all dismissing the fact that fachist regimes are gaining in popularity since the new turn of century.

check.... as long as people realise that no producers validate extreme right wing ideas i don't care about the rest.
beside one name that i saw on soulseek years ago, i have no ideas who is doing such stupid music in the hardcore scene right now.
Mise À Jour » Mutante a écrit sur Tue 30 Dec, 2008 @ 3:41pm
also let me say that after all these years of rumours about stupid neo nazis in hardcore scene i think its normal some people think that theres some neo nazis.
now isnt it more fair to inform people like bliss instead of throwing crap and insults at them?

i did a little more reserch and found a few definitions for the word "Gabber"

here are a few :

in dutch, it seems to mean something like "He is my Pall" or "Friend" but it's more of an expression..

in Jewish, it means "a show of tolerance, openess and progress"

so basically, it mean's anything and everything BUT racist and nazi.

and yeah, maybe they had some problems at parties in holland or germany (for christ sake, i don't think punk's would manifest in Tiesto-like parties) and seeing as how big of a scene there was in those Countries, it wasn't even a choice for those nazi's to do what they did, when they did.

Now it's just up to us, the people, to take and leave the in-appropriate information and remember the good !!!

BTW: the KKK listen's to Country music durring there meetings.. i say, we kill garth brooks !!

once again, something interesting that has been showcased already :

"These people who were a vast minority gave the gabber-scene a bad rap. However, these adverse elements would later be minimalized or faded away on their own."

garth brooks is country?
i thought it was only corporate-boring-adult-listeneing-soft-rock-bullshit :P

for sure i never thought at gabber as nationalist crap or anything.
i always been seduce by the intensity of the music and the programation skills that no humans can play live.
i read somewhere else aslo something like why is that breakcore scene is so left-wing lately ?
so the question is "légitime" ( en francais dans le texte) form one side to another.
we have to face that a lot of hooligans go to parties in holland and some of them are nationaliists.
is that all of them that are extremists?
i dont think so.

Deadfunk, je crois pas que Bliss étais de mauvaise foi.
apres je sais que tout le monde se pogne icitte faque y a peut-etre juste un peu de fun a vous faire pomper :P
p.s. je prend pas position dans vos histoires la :)

yeah well, once again, it's not fun for anyone when bliss purposefully pisses everyone off.

5 pages ago he admits not knowing enough, so he kindly starts informing himself, then one negative comment in his direction from someone, and he gets back on the case! Instead of researching for himself what gabber is, he types is 'gabber nazis" in google and thinks himself the informer to a generation, yet only quoting info that will "faire pomper". Sounds like Adolph to me.

Bliss, is a provocateur, and i'd say he was good at it, except that the holes in his logic are so massive that i think that's where the dinosaurs went to die.

Anyway, nazis really do listen to anything, sorry if that ruins your poor illusions. yes they stick to harsher crazier music, but they listen to everything. Note, as Clown quoted, those bad-apples are the minority in the scene.

Anyway, so much more to say adn so many other argumetns to quell, but i hate overly participating in conversations based on someone trying way too hard to get under my skin, arrogantly even. + Mutante & Deadfunk have already said most of the rest... .. .
I'm feeling you up right now..

hehe. right wing junglists? maybe. who knows? don't care.

and as for junglists being 'anti-fascist'? lol. no.

when it comes to politics, they're much more concerned with legalizing weed or freeing Grooverider

the jungle scene isn't exactly a hotbed of enlightenment

carefull Nathan
i allready said it but calling somebody a nazi is a strong accusation.
teasing or being arrogant have nothing to do with national socialist adolph hitler politics.
