Even here in Montreal the MK Ultra project was used by the CIA to study the effects of LSD and other harmful hallucinogens on psychiatric patients. Is it really that unlikely that those in charge would use "the perfect weapon" (assuming it was found or synthetically created) on a mass scale if resources became dangerously low? If they were forthcoming enough with their selfish interests for global manipulation and establishing the perfect aristocracy amongst those who were chosen / considered most evolved then I don't see why they wouldn't make the attempt.

CHICAGO (AFP) - A Texas man is accused of stabbing his roommate to death because the man complained about his smelly feet, police said Monday.

William Antonio Serrano, 20, was charged with murder.

"Serrano and the victim, who are roommates, got into an argument in which the victim told Serrano his feet had a foul odor," police said in a statement. "At that time, Serrano retrieved a knife and stabbed the victim numerous times."

The Houston Chronicle said the two men rented a small bedroom in a Houston apartment from a married couple with a baby.

The mother and child were sitting outside Saturday evening when the men started drinking in their room.

They started fighting about the man's "stinky feet" and the woman peered into the room to see one of the men holding a knife in his hands, said Sgt. M. Sosa of the homicide squad.

"By the time she got inside, he was on top of the other man," he told the paper. He was not immediately available for an interview.

The women fled and called for help, and then the roommate "comes after her and says, 'I didn't mean to do it, I didn't mean to do it,'" Sosa said.

The victim's identity was not released. He was pronounced dead at the scene with multiple stab wounds.

I read about this yesterday from a article link provided through cnn but they'll probably only get charged with soliciting an illegal transaction and/or distributing a substance that could cause bodily harm. The suspects can't actually get charged with possession or trafficking of an illegal substance since what they tried selling to the police was nothing more than a mix of chemicals which were all distributed and purchased legally and likely wouldn't be fatal if used. Besides which I doubt any experienced user would actually purchase the counterfeit product since they'd taste the difference right away upon testing it's legitimacy.

Off topic Nimi and I actually know someone who accidently killed one of their cats awhile back cause they were high on drugs at the time and the cat was neglected.
