I if understand correctly, when you say ''It's the 2nd party that I throw'' it means ''It's normal that it was crap why can't you all shut up?''... well, no, people never shut up about shitty parties it's a reality of life. It's because they want to have fun and pay to go at your party and then, when it's crappy, they complain about it on forums like this one (also to their friends, parents, employers, God, Allah or whatever, and to your mother). I was not there at your party, I don't even know what the name was or who you are exactly, and I guess you don't have a clue who I am and why I'm posting here. Well here's why: crappy promoters are flooding every area of the scene since forever. When one loses 4000$ and retires to go back and live happily with his mom, 10 others come forward and throw badly organized parties, it's almost like a comptetition of shame. I can't believe you booked a guy playing CDs, and I can even less believe you let him go over his timeslot even though the very crowd that paid a fee to be there happened to be reacting negatively.

It's utter crap. If you want to throw parties out of passion and love for the scene, the music or whatever, put attention in your product, have some balls and put them into it. Quality man! Don't you like quality?

I've played in a gig so lame last week they had me play in 1 crappy top no sub...1 speaker can you imagine how much these guys are lame-ass organizers...was the awfullest sound ever and 10$ at the door. I don't see what is contradictory with the fact that I should care about my end of sound quality. I don't think I should lower the quality level in order to match the limited organisational capacities of some crappy promoters. Sometimes people that are not mentally diseased organize parties and these ones think about getting a soundsystem that will retain the definition of the music in order for the people attending to hear the music they came to enjoy.

Sheer passion...I've been obsessed with electronic music since I was quite young. Actually I enjoyed myself a long time in the parties, made a lot of friends there and I'm still having quite a killer time enjoying the performances of countless DJs and artists from a wide range of styles. At some point though, quite late (2008), I realized that being such a music junkie gave me a potential as a DJ in itself. Several of my friends were already established DJs so I had the opportunity to test my skills in every afterparty. It turned out I had some. So I became a DJ so I could start at some point and build unusual musical routes for people to enjoy with me. I've been happy ever since, and had a lot of (illigetimate) children with some princesses. That's it

I mean...how do they explain the fact that they bother going on stage? They can surely build the perfect playlist, rip a CD, load it, let it play and enjoy their amazing set live from the dancefloor! Would you mind asking for me? I'm really dying to know. Also, if you could ask how they proceeded to obtain a booking in the first place (I wanna know if they suck normally of if gangbang face-fucking is involved) I would be happy to know. One last thing, I would like to know what kind of inbreeding this is, is the grandfather the father or is the uncle the father? I wanna know how many generations are implicated in the project. I guess this is inter-generational. Thank you.

I would like to point out that people who decided to go into DJing primarily for money should've stayed at Burger King because DJs don't make money unless they are also insanely good producers associated with a major label. Owning such a label, let' say drumcode, is kind of a prerequisite for making a lot of money out of it. If you fail somewhere in the process, if you don't have enough money or time to buy and use the gear, if you don't have enough talent, skills or imagination to get noticed in the endless mass of producers and DJs well, you fail at making money out of it. So actually we pay a lot of money and time in order to DJ and\or produce the music, since we have to buy the gear, acquire the skills, take the time to find the music and then push to get booked or organize parties. So maybe you should keep on hating raves and you're the one who should quit this bullshit. Just saying

People kind of become DJs out of passion. Some of us are only there for the fame, but they can't stay there for that long because since what they like is boobies and ghb-induced anal fucking, they kind of suck behind the decks. Or they pull retarded stunts like sticking in the spotlight over their timeslots for unconceivably crappy reasons such as ''not interrupting the trance'', drag the attention on themselves by being so fucking lame and end up managing your local KFC. Also, I would like to know if that ''waiting for the track to finish then press play on the other CDJ'' thing is actually true, because that would be the lamest thing I've ever heard. I can't actually believe this seriously. Maybe if the guy is the result of three generations of fucked up inbreeding.

So you mean, if someone, let's say DJ Respect, made a live act and decided to present it for free because it rocks so much and it would actually help establish DJ Respect on the scene, you couldn't respect DJ Respect? What would you do spit on him?

Come on, of course the point of buying the gear and producing killer shit is not to play it for free and be retarded, but sometimes, you know, occasionnaly...quite often... people will not care about losing your respect and do a live act for free because of the love and because of the fact that it will spread their music around. I guess you should value your own respect more before issuing such lame-ass statements

It's simple, if you have no other choice but to play a MP3, play a 320 (and if it comes from some random internet source, pray that it was not compressed twice by some retard before who decided to make a 320 out of a 64)...but just stick to WAVS. The soundsystem will not notice the difference if you play a 224 VBR but I will notice the shitty underwaterish annoying hi-hats and other shitty manifestations of playing a shitty file loud.

Maybe your crowd won't notice, but they would have to be pretty retarded. Like if you're supposed to cook for a bunch of people and serve some retarded rotten cat dish (or whatever), they would notice something about the quality of your food, unless they have extra chromosomes to share. So, play nice, don't assume people have no brain, and play quality sound. Pleassseeeee

I've heard stories about young DJ's playing insanely crappy mp3's, I couldn't believe it was true. If you want to be a DJ, could we please assume that you care about the sound

Will Bailey And Mikey Hook used to do some killer fidget stuff (in 2008 at least)...I'm not sure how it turned out though. If you like it quite badass there's a producer named Bryan Cox that's quite on fire forever I guess...

I'm youtubing a low-quality remix anyway, you'll know at once if you're into it...this track is the bomb
