the mega~corperations that run our planet, outlawed the whole plant. weed was only outlawed in the late 1900 as a tool for arresting/deporting mexicans...

also, the down from crystal is almost painful in its harshness. It not only makes you angry at the world for not letting you be high all the time, but it makes you bitter and snappy towards anyone having a good time.
