Ive suffered from it for years,
herbal tea is always a good idea...
plus calming yourself down before hand, maybe have a shower/bath to relax, with soothing ambient music.

stretching before getting into bed can help you to relax. then try deep breathing and clearing your mind.

Personally, i avoid caffiene all together,
but if you need your morning coffee,
avoid the afternoon coke or chocolate bar(yes, they do contain caffiene)
also, i always try to keep active in a day, i find that if i dont i have all this pent up energy that keeps me awake.

if you do resort to smoking a bed~i~by~joint, be sure to make it a small one...
or else you'll just end up really blazed laying there awake.

This works for me most of the time, but insomnia still happens. good luck, and pleasant dreams.

Personally, i think their is huge difference between "ecstasy" and MDMA...

MDMA is the drug that makes the serotonin levels in your brain increase, which give the Euphoric effect that everyone craves...

but "ecstasy" is just a pill that some drug dealer is giving you saying it'll make you feel good. and more then likely it is just Heroin/PCP.
there are definitely some pills out there that actually contain MDMA but even still its most likely cut with some other(cheaper) drug.

I dont really do chemicals at all anymore...
(mostly because of the impurities)
but if i were to do "e", i rarely trust a pressed pill, and i dont trust sketchy rave drug dealers..
unless i know them personally, but even still.

In my opinion,
K is a waste of time, money, and braincells.
I mean sure its fun, but its not that fun.
I dont think people realize how addictive K is.
its huge in Tdot, its huge in Montreal,
hell its even huge here in ottawa.

Everyone has the right to do what they please, and i wont judge a k-tard(since alot of my good friends are) but i will judge someone who does a drug without even knowing what it is or what it does to you...
the saddest thing, is when i talk to people who do K(or drugs in general), and they dont even know what it is.
