Hah, yeah, Ichi Rules!! I thought the original grudge was pretty silly ie not scarry- something about that stupid sound they make nulls all credibility.. and of course i didn't bother with the remake on account of Boycotting hollywood films.. especially remakes- watching texas chainsaw massacre was like ramming my head into a urinal till the cows come home- Most un-enjoyable as you can imagine-

SO... is anyone up to seeing the Charles Manson ClayMation - "Live Freaky! Die Freaky!" next saturday at midnight in the Hall theatre? Looks fuckin twisted and hilarious!!

i think simply typing in your e-mail and password would do the trick..
not even BT-tracker forums or mac hack boards put you through so much frequent validation
just my 2 cents!

It's like.. selling pills to minors is more legit than having a beer. fucking criminals man, that's all i have to stay-

that's a load of watery caca- He should have the right to bring beer in considering he's playing for free. not ALL dj's enjoy sniffing coke and popping pills
but i suppose that's what after hour clubs are all about

I know holding an event in an 'after-hours' is safer for a promoter.. (legit venue, usually comes with a good soundsystem.. etc.) but personally, i never want to step foot into an afterhours club again- bunch of fuckin shit-pirates-!

well, i was only there for around 3 hours but here's my list of pros and cons..
PROS
- i got to see some friends who i hadn't seen in a long time, that's always nice-
-the only sets i caught most of was scott's and naithan's, both pretty rockin'
-Sound quality was pretty beefy (though the power went out in the 2nd room a few times)
CONS
-i hate that venue!!
-the door people were NAZI'S!!! I heard they were even checking all the dj's and such. that's fucking insulting and disrespectful. They aren't checking for safety reasons, they're making sure you buy all your water and drugs off them at their inflated prices. 4 dollars for water is criminal.. that's like paying a "thirsty tax"
the guy at the door even tried to scam my doritos and a granola bar.. i thought that was pretty funny- I asked him if i could just go hide the chips in the bushes instead of tossing them and he said he'd let me keep them as long as i kept them in my bag and coat checked it right away- "You get caught eating those inside.. i take them away and kick you out"
what a generous fellow.. he sure knows when to give a guy a break-

at this point in time, i much prefer the occasional acid trip to shroooms- it never used to happen, but the last 8 times on shrooms (2001-2003) have gradually been getting worse and worse- somewhere between digesting it (i don't like feeling sick while i'm starting to trip) and i can't stop thinking about the wrong things.. (death, mortality and such)
on acid i feel more in control. it's more about visuals and tripping the fuck out, at least for me. shrooms carry to much mental baggage or something and on acid, i find i can actually focus my attention to get things done (uhhh kite flying, music, stopmotion, tripped out marker drawings)
though acid is very unpredictable.. sometimes a half a hit can be more than 4 hits of other stuff, so always test it in small quantities, and make sure you know someone who has tried the same batch-

what they mean by the system id is a code which they give your system.. you can find it in the software's registration area. kinda like a challenge/response code-

hmmm.. i dropped some with a friend a few days ago- the strange thing was that we split 1 hit, yet i tripped harder than ever before. i'd never had such vivid hallucinations- Plus i was actually able to get some art and music done. we went kite flying at 3 am by the river. it was quite the surreal adventure. the moonlight was making the trees change colours.. green to pink to blue and so on, i sunk into the ground up to my waste, then pulled myself out- and i even thought i saw a ran over cat in a pool of blood, with it's eye hanging out.. it turned out it was just a paper bag, the eye was a piece of tape, the blood was the shadow- it was fuckin awesome! i remember it the same way as i would with a strange dream-
anyway.. point being, BE CAREFUL.. some acid is way stronger than other acid- i'm glad i didn't take 2 hits of this stuff! even 1 would've been too much-

some of the best acid i've ever had was in liquid form- my friend got it from someone he knew who had a vile, put a couple drops on some sugar cubes. it was great, everything was smooth and trippy. it felt cleaner than other acid i've had, but that was a one time thing. i read an article about it in vice once.. they were talking about how good it was-heheh

i had some a couple weeks ago for the first time in 3 years- it was a blast.. definatly my new drug of choice. An hour and a half after i dropped we were out in the backyard with the tripod and camera making a stopmotion movie where sticks chase a wagon, the wagon gets pissed off, seeks the assistance of a pitchfork and pulverizes the pile of sticks- it was very rewarding seeing the results.. since then i've been practicing my claymation and stopmotion techniques.. Trippy stuff!! also, my art.. (music/marker drawings/etc.) have been alot more interesting-
ps- i'm looking for some.. if anyone I know can help me out- :b thanks! I need to make more acid influenced art!!

I'm so mad about Constantine.. what a way to ruin an amazing comic- After seeing the preview, i nearly ripped out my eyeballs and shoved them up my ass. Why Keanu of allllll people- the man's a block of wood- can't act without sunglasses. first of all, in the original hellblazer comic, constantine is an older scruffy british fellow with blonde hair, further more, there are no guns. this is one movie i never plan on seeing.
