Je suis un gars mais pour une fille qui regarde ses photos, un moment donné tu dois finir par te dire "criss, je peux tu voir le décor en arrière d'un autre grosse face de chick... je pense que je spotte une de mes amies en arrière du profil de gros seins de la fille". En tout cas, personnellement, si Antonino était une fille et prendrait juste des photos de gars, je commencerais à trouver ça fucking redondant un moment donné. |

Anyways the age of consent in Canada is now 16, it used to be 14. Get over it, we don't live in the USA. In 2005 for fun a couple of friends and I wanted to know the truth about all this. We called 3 different police stations and told a story. The story was that we were a 25 year old male and we had a 14 year old female over who really wanted to sleep with us. We said that we didn't think it was right but we the girl was pressuring us and we were calling to see if it was alright since we didn't want to do anything illegal. 2 of the police officers (one girl, one guy) said it was alright as long as we were both consenting. 1 of them (a guy) said that he didn't think it was right and advised against it but never said it was illegal. He probably had a daughter or something. So in 2005 according to a majority of 2:1 or even 3:0 depending on how you see things the police of Montreal said it was alright for a 25 year old to sleep with a 14 year of if both parties were alright with it. Now that being said, calling someone a pedophile online constitutes defamation of character and could have serious consequences. I'd advise against it and possibly apologize for anything you might have said publicly without any proof besides rumors which are prevalent in this world because drama is fun and fun is #1. |

1. If Antonino can tag you on facebook it's because you added him as a friend. 2. If your under 14 years old you shouldn't be at a rave in the first place. 3. Go look at pictures of clubs or after hour type events and you can clearly see that taking picture of girls is not a new trend. 4. There are girls who seem to like being photographed by him too. That said I've personally never had a problem with the guy. He's always in a good mood and the guy is like the most devout party goer I've ever seen; I can track him for at least 7-8 years going to almost every party, the guys got stamina. I've heard stories about him getting possibly too intense and freaking out girls. But honestly I know a lot of guys who are good people, but just fail miserably at communicating with the opposite sex. I'm 100% sure that dealing with creepy guys is nothing new for attractive girls who like to go out, and that most of you have dealt with much worse before. Don't hate on the guy for having bad game. Why would you feel the need to confirm this with the police in the first place is the question that begs answering. If this question came from the parent of a 14 year old, fine. But what motivates a man with no children to go through such lengths to know if it's legal? I know that some of what has been said in this thread is fairly defamatory, I believe that such accusations without proof are wrong, but statements like this will only make them sound closer to the truth. |

Erm, ownership has nothing to do with this. If I post a pic of you with a fist sized pickle up your ass would it be ok? Of course it wouldn't because I would need your approval to use your photo. Now most people dont care with the whole facebook thing going on, but if you ask someone to remove a picture of you from their website, they better do it or blur your face out or w/e, as it is lawsuit material. |
