as long as it doesnt have sector realoc . even scrubbed .

the smart table usually give the tresh used by that drive , some have higher than other. and i cant coin number if you dont give me that perticular drive tresh and current values. say you have a "bad realloc count" of a tresh 100 and current 102. then i dont want that drive. anything lower than the tresh i dont want . i personnaly go as low as <64 but at that point its a memory card, with a life expectancy of -1. i wouldn build an active storage drive for some ppl also if you played all you mp3 for the last two years nonstop im curious about how does the read seek / drive seek tresh and current values are. if you just upgraded then im shure thoses values must be above tresh (lower in reality, aka before they bust the limit) the closer the value is to 0 the worse the life expectancy get , esp for all the read seek error etc.. uptime goes the other way | |
