all jokes aside alex has put his finger on the central issue of what it means to be a man, by that i mean, if you can't keep your word then what the fuck are you? That's what kids and little bitches do, they break their word they tell lies and they use people. You don't wanna be like that, honorable that is what you want to be.
Diogenes of Sinope (ancient greek philosopher) Believed that the mark of a truly wise man was when asked on two separate occasions the same question he would give the same answer, the idea of being consistent, not being a hypocrite and not contradicting yourself... never ever ever tell a lie or manipulate anyone you truly care about...we save that for our enemies.

That's what I'm talking about - the people you care about, the people closest to you.
Thanks for explaining Sinope us - I was trying to say exactly that but couldnt think of the term It's a lot harder to ignore someone like that when they're in your life 24.7 |

It's up to you to change your dishonesty over time and develop into an honest adult like everyone else. As for people with crying wolf syndrome, I just end up not caring anymore. That's all liars do. They push people away and trap themselves in their own web of lies. The natural order is to get all that phony lying shit out of the way early if at all, who the fuck wants to admit they we're ever dishonest right? It's up to you to change that shit over time.
That's the whole point of growing up and learning from your past. When people at a certain age still lie to get by, it becomes a little pathetic. Bending the truth is counted in that as well. And half-truths. |

Of course, because I'm the type of guy that will flat out tell you how it is, even if you didn't really wanna hear it Captain honesty? No, just trying to be a better person. And that starts
with being completely honest with yourself and others. Even if it's things you don't want to hear. Like when you tell someone you'll do something and systematically never do it, I'll call people on that shit. I hate it. I fucking hate it. |

Cannibal Corpse - Hammer Smashed Face There's something inside me
It's, it's coming out I feel like killing you Let loose the anger, held back too long My blood runs cold Through my anatomy, dwells another being Rooted in my cortex, a servant to its bidding Brutality now becomes my appetite Violence is now a way of life The sledge my tool to torture As it pounds down on your forehead Eyes bulging from their sockets With every swing of my mallet I smash your fucking head in, until brains seep in through the cracks, blood does leak distorted beauty, catastrophe Steaming slop, splattered all over me Lifeless body, slouching dead lecherous abcess, where you once had a head Avoiding the prophecy of my new found lust You will never live again, soon your life will end I'll see you die at my feet, eternally I smash your face facial bones collapse as I crack your skull in half Crushing, cranial, contents Draining the snot, I rip out the eyes Squeezing them in my hands nerves are incised Peeling the flesh off the bottom of my weapon Involuntarily pulpifying facial regions Suffer, and then you die Torture, pulverized At one with my sixth sense, I feel free To kill as I please, no one can stop me Created to kill, the carnage continues Violently reshaping human facial tissue Brutality becomes my appetite Violence is now a way of life The sledge my tool to torture As it pounds down on your forehead

dudes it's hard to be honest sometimes, cause the truth can be strange and fucked up and even disturbing, but then there isn't really a choice cause the alternative is lies and that is just not acceptable...
