 Coolness: 140685 | for vodka I suggest either blue ice or Luksusowa... they're a bit harder to find but they're about the same price as smirnoff or polar ice and they're great tasting vodkas... even neat... good stuff
appleton is good but if you're looking to mix stuff up I'd suggest going with white rhum instead... but that's already a good list you got there... always a good idea to have a basic list of alcohol with which you can make a long island ice tea... not that you necessarely want to make long island ice tea but its a good selection though... for liquors, I say go for what you like... try and get at least one fruity liquor (peachshnapps, soho, rasberry liquor, curacao...) and one creamy liquor (bailey's, amarula, kaluha...) to your liking depending on the drinks you enjoy... needless to say, the more you get the more diverse your drink repertoire will be then you got your more specific stuff... vermouth for martinis, crème de menthe for stingers (although you'd need cognac), jagger for... well... jagger shots... I gotta ask though... what kind of whiskey (or whisky) did you get? scotch, bourbon, irish, canadian? |

what's you personal taste on that? Like Maple liquor? :D Oh and if we continue on the maple line, go find a "Val-Ambré" (there's some at Marché Jean-Talon). It's a maple Pineau des Charentes. This thing is DELICIOUS. Else, I remember a christmas cocktail : 1 oz of Peppermint Schnaps 2 oz of Godiva White Chocolate liquor 0.5 oz of Vodka Shake it Add a zest of lemon and a candy cane :) |
