^^^ And if you look at the original thread, everything you pointed out about the car/accident is exactly what I was saying..

But everyone pulls that "You have no right to judge" or "you don't know what happened".. and yeah, I may not have seen it happen or been in the car, and I'm no forensic specialist, but I've got something called common fucking sense; a car that gets THAT torn up and mangled does NOT happen at 40-45km/h no matter how much of a "benefit of the doubt" you want to give a person, and you're a fucking gullible IDIOT if you'd believe his story or show him any pity for what was so obviously a lie from the first letter he ever typed.
I'm feeling like a drama magnet right now..

For those that don't know Guoin is right along the guoin river that seperates montreal and laval. It's basically a 2 lane street with oncoming traffic. The street is tight and twisty considering it borders a river. There are very few lights, mostly stops which are a bitch because people always come out far to see if traffic comes and because the roads are twisty. And the roads themselves are just in shitty condition, like pot-holes and "bumps" everywhere.

In my point of view, the guy need a shrink, not allowed to drive a motorized vehicle (hopefully for 10 years) and do some time.

Yeah thats right, seriously Screwhead or whatever your name is,

WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU?

You weren't there, weren't related to any of the people involved, and have nothing to do with the whole thing. The girls family didn't even ask you to come on here and point fingers.

You have this tendancy to think your shit don't stink or something, even though in the other thread you admitted to being a thief when your were younger and how you had sex with animals O_o

I'd love to see you get into a jam like the one that guy is in...So we can sit around all day judging how bad a person you are.

The fact is the whole thing is a tragedy, especially for kids that young

I remember when that kid Nter died of an overdose. Did anyone come on here and fucking denounce the dealer who sold him the drugs...Nope

Thats cause its probably someone you know, and god forbid we'd denounce a dealer on here, even they destroy tons of lives

Seriously guys, the guy will see his day in court, just lay off the judgement trip,

No ones a saint on here

Sorry if I sound harsh but thats my 2 cents, now you can all bash me or something

Peace :P

Did the dealer make a facebook group and a thread to tell everyone how he loved the kid and how the kid told him he loved the dealer as he died?

I mean, nuance. You know.

Nuance my ass

Of course the dealer loved the kid, the guy payed his rent right up till he died

Whats insane is people like Screwhead and others in here who think they know what happened, who's being sincere & who isn't... when they weren't even there and aren't even involved

Its like "oh he says he loved her, well its not true because I decided its not true" wtf is that?

Did it ever occur to you that maybe the guy did love her?

No one ever said he didn't love her. Aparently he did, and had been in love with her for years.

What the girl's friends said was that SHE did not love HIM, and they were JUST FRIENDS; 100% platonic, kiss-on-the-cheek, never-getting-in-my-pants-because-I'm-not-attracted-to-you FRIENDS.

He pulled the "OMG I JUST LOST MY GIRLFRIEND" card for PITY, which totally backfired on him.

As for knowing what happened, simple things like logical deduction and a few minutes spent on Google looking at car accident photos will tell you that there is NO way that a car going at 40km/h and getting into an accident will kill a person, short of them driving off a cliff/overpass/into a gas station and having it explode.

HE UPROOTED A FUCKING TREE! Cars going at 120km/h don't even do that!

Of course, doing things like logical deduction require half a brain, something you're obviously completely and totally lacking.

Dude,

I like you, but like I said before, if you don't like the thread, stay the fuck out.
This is [ rave.ca ] not some communist daycare center.

I mean, whenever a thread puts sand in your vagina, you just tell people to shut up. It's not the way it werks. If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

The kid is a moron, a sociopath and a general faillure. I have had some crappy stories and dealings with him, including some pretty intense convos, and he has threatened me on multiple occasions. tried to stick the cops on my ass for dealing and promised to break up my relationship.

When my relationship ended (in no way cuz of him) He was me sending PV's like 18 times a day, saying that justice was served and that the breakup was engineered by him (witch is false). So I reserve myself the right of fully enjoying his demise. I mean, if anything here will affect his reputation, I will gladly read about it.

So there, to recap, you don't like the thread, stay out. No ones like a self-righteous person with nothing to say about he topic at hand.

My two cents :)
No disrespect intended.

Oh and I must point out that all the shit I dealt with coming from this guy occured before his car fuck up. The accident is, for me, just icing on the cake.

And I admit it, before it even hapenned, I wished him a car crash or something equally painful.

I actually smiled when I heard about it.

Dude, like Moloch said, I like you as well but... who said anything about bringing justice to anyone ? You and people like Bliss keep saying we don't have the right to judge this kid because we weren't there. Well, none of you guys were there EITHER.

Know what ? You decided to give this guy a break and honestly believe the justice system will take care of him even though fucking Vincent Lacroix's not even going to do a year inside after ripping off people of all the money they collected throughout years of hard work. Why you'd want to give a chance to a guy that told everyone to fuck off or they'd break their legs and made a "mistake" driving at 130 without a valid license - in a car that WASN'T EVEN HIS ( did your parents ever let you drive their car ? If so, did you slalom between lanes at 160 on the highway ? If I did and my parents found out, I'd still be grounded right now ) - when anyone pretending to be smart, mature and with fucking common sense enough to think about this shit for A SECOND, would've even gotten behind the wheel to BEGIN WITH, is beyond me.

But you know what ? I respect your opinion on the matter because... you have every right to believe and trust whomever you wish to believe. It's a free country.

On the flipside, you keep telling us to shut up about it and that means you don't give a fuck about the rest of our opinions because YOUR opinion is more important than anyone else's, EVEN THOUGH IT'S AN OPINION YOU DON'T AGREE WITH.

Who cares if that's not what you mean, that's how you are COMING ACROSS.

Express sympathy for this poor poor kid if you like but please don't tell everyone else to shut up.

Or like Fred said, go in the Silly Games section and laugh about unicorns if you wish.

Kid pleaded guilty to 4 different charges, including the aforementioned threats. I think we outta drop the subject for now.

And between the judge wanting to throw the book at him and him being a minor at the time, I'm sure (read: hope) the sentence will be fair.

He loves himself. He only feels bad about how this situation has affected him, if that. I lost some close friends through tragedy when I was young and never ever witnessed anything so callous as how he dealt with this in the immediate aftermath - pathetic. He caused a lot of pain with this after the fact. She was loved by many, many people who were scorned by him.

I only hope he gets some help before more people have to learn the hard way.

They won't give a shit, that's what a lot of people in jail think like. And they wind up in kitchens afterwards. Case in point, show that will be out next season on CBC or something, called "Conviction Kitchen". My friend is doing post-prod and says that it's going to be nuts. And as for the types of dudes working there all I can say is I'd make sure I never dropped the parsley curler.

Also... on topic...

I think one shouldn't meddle in the affairs of others too much. Nobody asked for white knights or anything and it's really up to the people involved to deal with it.

It's not about right to judge, it's more about interference with a case that was pretty open/shut. He could get off the hook if any internet stuff on his side was taken seriously, and he could get condemned too harshly if the stuff on the other side is. It's sort of a legal mess, and I'm sure that his psychology will be a question, but why on Earth would any of you want a subpeona? Just stay out of it, the guy was obviously a moron and we have a meme to remember that by.

The since is dyeing guys. Go drive into a tree to save it.

I've also lost friends in car accidents.

He really IS only showing remorse because he got busted. He might of loved her, maybe sure. But wasn't he dating someone liek right after the accident? [From what I've heard] That shows A LOT of mourning for his deceased "girlfriend"? no?

We're not conducting a [ ] trial here, we're just settling what's fact and clearing up the foggy confusion. We all have rights to an opinion, and if you want Screwhead to shut up and stop voicing his, wouldn't that be repressing him from what everyone likes to say.. "freedom of expression?"

It's simple, if you don't like this thread, there's tons others that would suit your prefferences. :)
