mais quand on y pense, c'est probablement la chose la plus positive qui puisse arriver à quelqu'un Car cette personne à maintenant la chance de pouvoir recommencer avec l'expérience qu'elle n'avait pas avant. c'est comme une façon de retourner en arrière, de re-faire quelque chose qu'on aurait fait différement si on avait pu. tu apprends aussi une bonne leçon, que rien ne dure jamais perdre tout c'est comme tout gagner en même temps. |

It's really weird when you come to realize that you're living in a country where the weather can and will kill you under the right circumstances (stuck in a snowstorm, etc.) For the last 6 months I've been watching homeless people living in squats or sleeping on the sidewalks every day. Some of them you cross during the day and would have not idea they're actually homeless. In a way, they are truly blessed, it's much easier to survive after losing everything here, making life a lot more laid back, less stress, less disease, etc. No matter how crazy we call our peers for being so materialistic, always running after more money and all... you gotta stop and think about the real consequences of finding yourself without food or shelter in this country. And with all this ... after 6 months in a tropical paradise, where the weather averages 30 daily ... I fucking miss our cold Canadian climate. Maybe no one should have ever settled there in the first place, but there's no place like home :) |
