What matters is that parents etc can see that their kids are on a site like this, get all upset, and forbid them from going to raves because of it. I do agree with the parents part but then again, most of them already made their minds about raves and I really don't think that it's stopping the younger people from coming anyways... If your child is a minor, be a responsible parent and pay attention to what your child is doing. If you don't think your child should be seeing porn, THEN THEY SHOULDN'T BE AT A RAVE! This is just my opinion, but a pair of tits on a rave forum isn't going to discredit the entire scene. I will agree that the rave scene does have a bad rep media wise, but I really don't think its because the people who post here like the NSFW topics. |

Out of the window and into a car and everything... lol... even gave my mom the number of my friend's cell so that if she tried to call "my friend's home I was sleeping over at", we could answer it in the bathroom and say goodnight :P
Aw, we were cute. I don't really know how I feel about the porn issue itself, but... I think that just out of respect, threads that are "NSFW" should have that stated at the top of them specifically. | Coolness: 113385 | I'll agree with you that out of respect there should be some warning for lewd content as people may not want to see it, or be in an appropriate place to view it. Many threads however that contain said content have NSFW in the thread title. Mind you I said most, not all. Quite a few slip through the cracks and sometimes you get an eyeful of something you wish you hadn't seen. Happens to the best of us I get.
And I'm not trying to change your views on the porn issue. I was just giving mine :) |

1) Kids should not be on this site at all anyone under 18 should not be allowed on here, this is not a place for kids, if we sanitize it so that kids can be on it, the site will stop being fun...no more conversations about mdma trips, no more outlandish joke's involving posting paris hiltons vagina pics....nothing. The whole soul of the board would be lost... 2) you shouldn't be on this site at work, unless your work fully doesn't care what you look at you shouldn't be here there is just too much inappropriate shit... the reason why this site rocks is because it has somehow kept the initial spirit of the internet and free expression, most other big sites are heavily moderated, we are still for the most part self regulated, that is not something i would like to see change, if you think the main disscussion board is too much for ya create a community that adheres to your standards... |
