And for the weight loss, I'll go with Lynzyn: eating well and regular exercice is the key. That's the best way to drop weight, remaining healthy AND not gaining it back, it's the best on the long run. Diets can be pretty dangerous as they're not balanced at all. Plus, a sudden weight loss is a huge stress for the body, in fact it's more harmful than remaining overweight. |

So i stay fit by exercising at the gym at least 2 times a week and i eat as healty as i can. I have lost inches and went down a size but i don't see anything on the scale, which i do not understand but i am happy. Doctor says that it is good for my heart and all round good for me. It just makes me feel good. When i can't make it to the gym, i use my home gym weights and nice long walk along the river.... |
