 Coolness: 685730 | yeah, they do have online complaint forms, but it's fucking retarded, to file a complaint you have to look through their cases to see if what you're complaining about is already being investigated and all sorts of extra shit that's in legalese that you need to have a fucking dictionary open for every 3rd word.
Extremely user un-friendly. I much prefered the FCC site, it was 1 page to make complaints, not going through 5+ pages and having to research their site and find the codes for similar cases and shit.. |
