I Had an amazing time playing those Golden years Tunes (dont worry Steve i always complain about sound , remember im a soundman(Always more wanker then dj's cuz we knows....lol) and i was like using the regular mail with paper and stamp instead of using electronic fast email with those old vinyl that pop (it was my first gig with vinyl in the last 2 or 3 year, i always use turn table and record but with Final Scratch and my love , my DELL with over 20000 tracks and loops . Nway like i said to Julien and Crew, it was a long time i didt see a Avin'It Crowd like this, no.... RAVE NOT DEAD YET !! About Acid Music in Party's, well if u like it that much , just book me damn, im not into $ (just dont want to pay to play u know )and there is nobody around with that amount of 303 tunes , i have over 600 acid tune so plenty of futur set on then way if we consider that i played 29 tracks in 2 hour last night. I think that we have to go back like before and forgot party with one kind of music instead of many genre that everybody got their own 2 hour of favorite style. Indica: Jte bookerais ben dans mon salon en permanence lol, mais les voisins, pas sure qu'ils vont aimer. Nah joke à part, il faut qu'il y ait plus de party acid/hardtech à Mtl. Tsé, pas des soirées dans des bars, des raves là. J'en organiserais ben, mais c'est pas le type de job qui fitte avec moi. Trop de social... Indica, tout ce que j'ai a dire c'est: MERCI!! Plein de vieux stock qui m'a rappelle des raves a la Sweetleaf=) C'etait pratiquement certain que faire un set de vinyls seulement apporterait des problemes d'aiguilles, mais apres un "fuck you" retentissant a ta table defectueuse, ca s'est calme on dirait!=P Et je dis comme Aerial: moi aussi jte bookerais en permanence dans mon salon!! Nice place, nice people, great sound! A part pendant le set a Mr Bones, je me suis refugiee de l'autre cote, mes oreilles saignaient. (ou c'est peut-etre moi qui s'en vient trop vieille pour profiter a fond d'une bass tres vibrante?) Vu que je ne trippe pas trop hardcore/gabber/happy hardcore, et parce que vu que le son de l'autre cote envahissait la salle, je ne commenterai pas le set a Merku (faut dire que je parlais aussi pendant ce temps) ni le set de Mad, sur lequel j'ai danse un peu mais y'a des bouts que j'etais pas sure si je dansais sur sa musique a lui ou sur celle de Frankie=P C'est dommage pour vous deux car ceux qui apprecient vraiment ce que vous faites n'ont pas pu en profiter au maximum. Mais je suis sure que vous pourrez vous reprendre amplement au prochain evenement de Project Mayhem;) Thank you Tamerax for that (way too little) 45 minutes of pure bliss of hardhouse. Next time, never write on a board that you might play hhc, you know now what will happen!!!=P J'ai quitte apres pour aller me reposer un peu et je suis revenue a la fin donner un coup de main a Julien. (note a moi-meme: ne pas oublier de vider ma valise de char AVANT le rave) Qu'est-ce qui est arrive au set de Nu-NRG?!?! Je l'attendais avec impatience et y'en a pas eu?=( Merci encore 3 millions de fois pour ce rave qui m'a rendu plus qu'heureuse! Longue vie a Project Mayhem!! |
