1997 was around when I stopped listening to dnb and got heavily into breaks and trip hop... I remember it was all about the Aphrodite and Dj Hype sound back then...They called it Jump Up... Thursdays at Angels was still rollin strong with Gnat, Spinal, Sase and Chris Farley...That night was off the hook...A classic... It was also the year of big beat too...Thats was the year Fatboy Slim blew my socks off at Sona...really nice guy... And yeah it was the year Daft Punk blew up this city with Homework and are currently the most influential group around...so yeah big up! Now someone bring Orbital to Bell Centre... P.S.
