I think that, just because we women have the baby inside of our body, it doesn't make it ok to chose for the guy/boy involved without their input. Both parties should consider each other's feeling and, mostly, reality. If a guy is completely opposed to keeping a baby, while the girl insists on doing so... well, it depends. If the girl wants to keep the baby and raise it, while the guy makes it clear that he is not interested, I don't think he should be held responsible. Your questions are the kind that should have been asked before having intercourse, protected or not accidents do happen.
