anyways no my area sucks but if u want a 4 1/2 for 500 u can prolly get one here(ahuntsic/st michel) for even cheaper. like i said my place is a BIG 5 1/2 for 525...and its clean and I have 2 balconies. all renovated wooden floors etc. |

If you wanna move to an Italian area you can move to Villeray(Jarry metro-ish). I live close to there, I bet there's a lot of cheap places. It's still a little far out but from Jarry metro you can be at Berri in 10 mins which is really not that bad. |

and yah jarry is pretty cheap too. I am about 30 min from berri metro too. really if u have a car u can move anywhere. thats why I dont get the pickiness of the area. if u want cheap starting rosemont till henri bourassa on the orange line is where u should look. :) I find NDG is starting to be a little pricey, except yah what Host One said about Monkland...but Monkland has a lot of scary shit happening ..shootings/singing drunken bums at 4 am...bleh. But whatev;) |

I can't speak for past Grand and The Tracks though...lol |
