I can respect the fact that restaurants and certain public venues have banned smoking. I mean nobody who doesn't smoke wants to deal with someone elses second-hand smoke. I for one hate when someone sparks a cigarette while i'm eating. Or even when someone blows smoke in my face. But that's just plain disregard of the other person, and should be blamed on the individual smoker, not smokers in general. If I goto a bar and someone tells me to put out my cigarette because it's giving him cancer from across the room, i'd tell him to go fuck himself! For as long as I have the right to smoke, I will smoke. And until the government places a permanent ban on cigarette sales. All you fresh-air loving activists are just going to have to deal with it. |
