THANK YOU Gen. So glad I didn't have to remark on that one myself, for fear of being called a shithead again :)

Much much <3, mad mad respect.

OMG you guys just come up with any kind of shit to hate don't you? I really pity you. You don't know me at all and yet you are filled with hatred towards me, an utter unknown. I get it, no one loved you when you were little and now you're like this. Ah well.

The fact of the matter is, betty haze, that I was not much of an electronic music aficionado 12-13 years ago when I was at my first rave AND ecstasy trip, so yeah those are the most memorable things I remember from back then. Nope, I couldn't tell you what was playing when they put me back down on the dance floor during that first Ecstasy trip.

You are surely much better than I, obviously.

So, I found it a great thing that people could have fun without barriers and without things being sexual, as the vibe clearly was BACK THEN at a time you obviously cannot remember, O great one.

LOL

Dare I ask : how would you know it is filled with old people ?

" One of my friends went there once " is not a valid answer. Try again. :)

Well if you are trying to imply that I hang out at such places, you are dead wrong. First, the pretty lady in these most unflattering pics of mine on this site (aside from the fact that she does appear in them near me) lives with me and so going to ANY KIND of "cruising bar" is without any appeal whatsoever. Moreover, I listen only to electronic musics, so when I do go out in public places, it is afterhours or raves, which she also enjoys.

No, the story is that 20 years ago, these places already existed and were the epitomy of "Quétaine". I doubt much of that has changed.

BARRIERS don't protect, they isolate. Getting rid of the barriers frees the soul. And in that freedom lies GREAT GREAT enjoyment, for EVERYONE who has attained it, because it is a state where there is no judgement of others, and thus hate becomes impossible. No matter how much the world tries to make us isolated, afraid, distanced, cold, and hateful, there is still a way to this grand state.

Granted, not everyone is able to get there easily. But who knows, you might. You will say you don't want to. That's fine. When one gets there, they all say the same thing: why did it have to take so long?

You are my heroin. You GET this rave thing, whatever thing. :)

You so PLUR. Oops dammit I said it again. Well I mean it OK?

Either way, I want to add about my first rave, to give some idea how it went in my OLD days. I went there with some people I knew, met some people I didn't know, the ones who knew me told the ones who didn't it was my first time, they took me up in the air, like 10 people massaging me once my E had kicked in, some people whom no one knew joined in, they passed me around, saying "first-timer", "c'est sa première fois" Eventually they put me down, I was face to face with this girl I didn't know, she showed me her hands, asked me if I could give her some too... OMFG outtamymind awesomeness totalis... I started massaging her, her girl friend came behind me, and suddenly we were in the middle of a hundred-people long caterpillar... GLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Drug-induced? Yeah maybe. But losing yourself in 100% acceptance and equality among people, no judgement, no morals, no BARRIERS, just being NICE without any afterthoughts... It seemed universal, there didn't seem to be anyone who didn't participate fully in this process...

Have you seen that recently? Anyone? Bueller?

Is it me or back then (in the 90s that is) we all made fun of people who shouted PLUR? And do I even need to mention that most of them were high as hell on MDMA/E? Cause I remember hearing people call them e-tards evvvvery single time LOL. I do not remember the word itself ever beeing a "cool" thing to say, but maybe my memory is fucked.

I'm not dissing anyone BTW!! but seriously, I don,t think anyone who actually said PLUR was 100% all about peace love unity respect, especially not when their drugs wore off(no offense, but most of us were high as hell). Nobody can be 100% of the time, well unless they're illuminated buddhist monks... That being said, there are still a lot of people who are genuinely caring/loving/generous with total strangers, which is great cause we need those good vibes:) Drama is real fuckin pointless...

This is true, "PLUR" was never something you SAID, it was something you DID. It was not a salutation but an adjective. "S/He's PLUR" was something you could hear but "hey man, PLUR" was a bit weird.

Being on E was a way to learn that you CAN be PLUR, and how it feels. Sadly, that fact was lost on the growing crowds of would-be ravers and the scene died.

I'm an old raver. Oldskool. From the days when it was all about mind-exploding, wholesome, F-U-N. Some people even actually believed in PLUR. Oldskool ravers couldn't get enough electronic music, and you would NEVER EVER have caught one listening to the radio, or to alternative/metal/punk/commercial/whatever else that's full of shitty vibes. Oldskool ravers could do the caterpillar, and the general openness of the scene made it good.

Nu raverz are all about "being cool". Just like every other crowd. They are so bland, so AVERAGE... The only thing they kept from the original is the word "rave".

That's why I don't think you'll ever see me at a "rave" again. Afterhours are the only place you can find any remnant of the original vibe.

You clearly spend too much time in the gym, you've become delusional.

A) you cannot bench 500lbs. not even half a rep.

B) You're fat. if you weigh 250lbs and are 5' 9" you're unquestionably fat. that's not muscle.

C) Unless you do kickboxing, or grappling - you would get the shit kicked out of you by someone half your size, your muscle means NOTHING if you don't have any skill or training.

You know nothing.

No, it's TRUE. You don't. So there. :)

My muscle means that when I am on stage, I can win a competition. Bodybuilding is a sport. Why don't you denigrate Tiger Woods and Alex Kovalev too while you are at it?

Then you'd still run into the occasional 140 pounder like me that can floor a body builder in under 4 seconds. Are we done with the ego flexing?

You seem proud of your capacity for violence. Bodybuilding is non-violent, it is about beauty and strength, it is about refinement. Those things are way above the head of the quite obtuse people who pride themselves on their ability for violence.

Higher values.

For the record, a 16 year old can kill with a single blow. Some of the 10 year olds i teach could too.

Not "accidentally" though. By which I mean, not when trying NOT to kill.
