fishead: I watched Braindead for the Nth time this weekend and it still won't stop delivering. The lawnmower scene has to be one of the best in its genre, though the scene I absolutely prefer is one where a zombie punches right through a woman's head, during the Uncle's party...

Betty: Taxi Driver is excellent because the ending is so not the ending most people understand! It's so well done, you don't realize it till much later... Same can be said of Mulholland Drive.

I watch Falling Down at least twice a year. When I feel like a societal reject, I watch it to remind myself that I should NOT snap like Douglas does. Though the coca-cola moment happens way too often...

Gonna pass on that.

First Blood was awesome and so far from the Rambo sequels... I put it in the same category as, say, Taxi Driver or Falling Down. Society makes monsters out of some people but then are shocked when the monsters bite back. Love it.
