...so i decide to start this thread for personal interrest! i work in a video store in nyc and its can be fun to exchange critiks and palmares! i will write in english and french(because i study cinema in this language...) and now that i leave in u.s.a. and work here, i dont have any choice to speak in english but... im realy bad... so please, be indulgent...and its can help me if u correct me! and i already know that im a pepsi french! lol! its also a kind of way to inproove my writing and i dont want to loose my french either! |

dave lachapelle made a lot of publicity and he is know for his provocative picture work... (like with some crazy club kidz of nyc...) ok!first, if u like dance,this is for u... but if u dont ,this crazy documentary will also captive u untill the end! dave lachapelle is a fucking awesome filmaker with a lot of talents even if normaly he made musik video and publicity.... but he realy took all his past experience at his own advantage for the filming,the texture,the color and the speed of the narative tram(trame narrative)... and for a guy who made his past work ,i didnt expect a human way to treat the subject...not cold at all...(il n utilise pas la distantiation comme c si souvent le cas pour les doc.) SYNOPSIS:its about dance...the crump dance and the clowing dance in particular...(maybe u have seen fiew basic moove of crump in video of missy elliot...ect)a new way to dance hip hop and a new philosophy in L.A. ghetto!! there,all the kidz dance like this crazy way! in this documentary u learn where its come from at your biggest surprise....so run,i mean dance, to your video store!!! idea:its should be so cool to see this video for visual in a tekno evening...they dance so fast!its will fit better with fast b.p.m. than the hip hop musik!!! |

its the second movie of ely roth,she also made cabin fever...u remember,gang of teenager,in the country with this strange desease and the gory effect?it was ok... but when i ear about the subject of this movie i was so excited! im a big fan of gore movie like the japonese new wave... and the publicity sale the movie by this way... like: if u like japon stuff u will even piuke of terror:...yeah right! look,if i want to watch a terrible retard teenager movie, im gonna rent american pie... (im sorry i hate this kind of movie...but we can talk about that later!!!) for the first 30 minutes you are just the witness of fucking stupid retard joke about like this kind of subject:prejudice about europe,drugs and girls(i mean prostitute)with fake boobies!!!! a kind of euro trip trash version...so American with a big A... and finaly when u are almost sleepy...u can have fiew gorish scene and 1 or 2 good moments! we are 10000000 miles away from the worst japonese horror movie tha i ever saw!!!teknik side it was ok...the make-up too... SYNOPSIS:3 young mens on party in amsterdam follow the advice of one guy in a bordel and decide to explore the exotic slovakia(or something like that...)for research more girls with fake boobs to fuck...they finaly went in a big national target...in this country,poeple like to pay for past some time with tourist......and make them die slowly.... idea:i beg u,dont do like me and pay for this shit,wait until its a new release in your video store... |

 Coolness: 49000 | 5/10 you are nice, That movie is shit and i havent even watched it too, Any Gore/ horror genre where You invest money into the movie cannot come out the way it's suppose too.. Blood sucking freaks Was alot better and is a lot better than hostel Can ever dream of being and that was 30 yrs ago.
Truste me, I would never of gone see Hostel, And even when it does come out on DVD, I wont go rent it cuz 4 bucks is still too much to pay for this movie, People who are scared due to the nature of this movie deem it scary.. LIsten, I can shock you, does that make me scarry, Fuck no, That makes me bored and wanting to find something gay to entertain myself with. |

9.5/10 a new release in my videostore! 
the old german master come back with this incredible documentary!you know sometime,(its rare!)you see a chef-d oeuvre and you can stop thinking about that,about the subject, but also about the treatment.i think that is one of the most captiving documentary i ever watch!herzog is a sensitive man,creator and you can see it by the way that he expose all this story...the editing was good when you think that he have to work only with some of his own interviews and the 100 some hours of material that timothy have filming before his death... SINOPSYS:timothy leave for 13 seasons with one of the most dangerous beast, the grizly,before he died,eating by one of them...and this guy was not suicidal!it was his passion to protect the animals,he was a real environementalist but also a troubled person.... herzog try to undurstand: him,why he did that,his motivations...the personality of this realy marginal guy. |
