But i dont judge this guy hes a good fellow i just project my personal experience and that comment hurted my because :

i did the same few years ago when my mother offer me a scarf that i didnt like the color, i was not happy and i told my mom (i probably said the same thing that sour's told), she was somehow hurt. Before she died from cancer two years later she wrote me a letter and this incident was mentioned. she felt guilty because she felt she wasnt able to please me.

So after reading the letter that i was feeling guilty myself of being a dick. Mom was not very rich and we seldom made gift so that ugly scarf is one of my only souvenir. ironic isnt it?

I personally thinks that showing violence like that is somehow vulgar and can lead to a certaindesensibilization. I prefer when they use subtility and suggest the violence and make my imagination work a little. I wasnt able to watch that entire movie :(

Do you know that a gift is not something due to you? unless you have no heart at all and giving is not something that you value in your own life you have to at least apear happy to receive any gift, even more if its from your own mother.

If something bad happen to your family, do you want to be the one who was saying:

Hey guys! I want to buy a nice pair of headphones to my girl for christmas. Its for use with her i pod. Last time i went to buy a pair for myself i got screwed by a pair of Bose earbuds that didnt last over 8 month and that i paid 100$.

So please Wich Headphones could I get and where in montréal should i buy them. (less than 100$ if possible) I want them to have good sound and the wire to last...

Where not so lucky, there actually this kind of stuff here too, its just that rave is mostly full of white people. If you where spinning only at hip hop party you would have some problems with police and security too.

Cette décision, qui était prévisible, intervient alors que la célébrissime station touristique et ancienne colonie portugaise enregistre des annulations en pagaille d'Occidentaux redoutant un nouvel attentat après ceux de Bombay perpétrés du 26 au 29 novembre à 600 km au nord de Goa (172 tués, dont 26 étrangers et neuf assaillants).

Ce petit État du sud de l'Inde et ses plages paradisiaques au bord de la mer d'Arabie est l'un des joyaux touristiques du sous-continent. Quelque 2,6 millions de touristes, dont 400.000 étrangers, s'y rendent chaque année, parmi lesquels 60% de Britanniques et de plus en plus de Russes.

Mais «les arrivées de touristes ont déjà baissé de 20%», a constaté Ralf D'Souza, président de l'association des tour-opérateurs de Goa, lequel déplore des «annulations de Russie et du Royaume-Uni».

oups it seems that we wait for too much

It seems to me that the trailer only represent Destructiva own experience at raves wich is unique. If the guy only take extasy and bond with everybody indescriminely thats fine for him. I think Rave is a personnal experience anyway wich differ from people to people but that doesnt mean tha we can split those experiences from one another without deconstructing this rave thing and render it meaningless.
For example certain people are in it only for the music and they look down on pills taker, fine. Some others only do drugs and run around ladies, fine also. I mean this is only an exemple on interest people may have in rave but if you split them apart its meaningless: stoned people dancing without a DJ or Passionate electronik music lover spinning alone in its room or underdressed teenage girl bouncing around without any 30 something guy hooked on peter pan syndroma. I just wanna say that i dont think this projekt will ever get to something without a narrative string and if it would have one, it would look alike other raves movies that where shot in the late 90 and at the beginning of the 21th century. Otherwise it would be like a documentary, but you would need a theme like : a djs life or drug use in the montreal rave scene wich bring us again to something that was already done.
in conclusion i would add: partying is fine but there is not enough meaning to all of this to shot a movie about it. anyway if such a movie would be shot anyway it would end in some third world country in a terrorist training camp as some propaganda AGAINSst the decadent lifestyle of western country while the childrens on cambodia works in phats pants and plastic jewelry factory for a bowl a rice a day....
