With close to 2,000 people in attendance, that was the biggest breaks event to ever happen in the history of this city...

Two dogs were seen fucking behind the dj booth, it might have been rape or just a case of a bitch being in heat...Anyhow Picnik security did nothing about it, they just stood there laughing. They are supposed to call me and let me know if the bitch is alright...More to come soon...

And in another wierd twist of events, someone was stung a bee! Unbelievable!!!

How the promoters of Picnik could let bees on the site is beyond me but something needs to be done about it,

This is basically five pages about a stupid isolated fight (which was probably made up too), a stolen bike, and one person who dosen't have fun at Picnik anymore.

When it should be about lucky we are to have this positive event in this city and all the great parties and music it gives us.

From what I understood a girl was found somewhere on Ile St. Helene, not on the actual Picnik site. So you can't really say that has something to do with the Picnik at all. There are thousands of people in that general area every Sunday, and most of them aren't even on the Picnik site. No one goes to Picnik to rape, thats absurd

Secondly, I've seen fights everywhere, from the Metro, to the Library and obviously when I leave a bar late at night. We all know no ones go to the Picnik to fight, and if a fight did happen, it is the ONLY incident I've ever seen or heard about.

Thirdly your friend got his bike stolen, not even on the Picnik site, so what the fuck does that have to with the Picnik??? I had three bikes stolen outside my house this summer, I guess its their fault too.

Lastly, there was none of that shit when I was there Sunday and I was the first there and the last to leave.

I saw great people having a good time and smiling. I saw people dancing and sharing conversations. I saw little kids running around having a blast. I was very well treated by the staff who were all very nice and extremely helpful. I heard music that never gets played there. I got paid and was thanked personally by the organizers. It was purely positive from beginning to end.

So big up and respect to the Picnik organizers and keep doin what you're doin!

I still can't get over how fucking perfect that jam went, at one point I thought I was dreaming it was that good!

From the amazing weather to the amazing crowd and the festive atmosphere all day, it was beautiful from A to Z :)

My personal highlights were:

Sase One switchin it up to some slammin dnb at the end of his set and seeing the whole place go off, including the Picnik staff lol.

And Pinky who finished off that fantastic day with one of the best sets I've ever heard him drop. He kept the whole crowd there right until closing and had them screaming for an encore. And what a perfect encore that was...he took it right back to the oldskool with a 20 minute mashup of original funk and bboy breaks which had the whole crowd go bananas...

It was the cherry on the cake, so thanks for that bro
