Well for example, in the morning you could eat some eggs, toasts whatever, at noon try to eat something solid, like meat-chicken and vegetables. Have a little snack middle afternoon something like fruits-nuts. And for supper, try to have a meal not too high in carbs, for example pasta. Chicken and red meat is good. But you have to really try not to eat junk for a while, this will really maximize weight loss.

The key is to be never full, but never hungry, if your hungry, just eat a fruit, some cheese or some nuts (NOT A CANDYBAR!!!!)

To lose those final pounds you gotta eat carbs in the morning, and the more the day advances, the more you shift toward calorie and protein dense foods, so during the night your body will have no choice but to fuel on fat. Cardio the morning on an empty stomach can also help, and try not to eat too much carbs and fat at the same time, for example, hamburgers, pizza etc. Hope this helps.

and id appreciate feedback.
I use cubase sx 2 and I do not have any hardware for the moment, however I am thinking of getting a Nord Lead 3 for the end of summer. Except for that I have all the plugins I want.
