"homemade", anyone? I don't eat ribs often but when I do I make a Coke glaze, it's awesome. It may sound unusual to use cola to make a meat sauce but it's so damn good, sweet, spicy and flavorful. Here we go: 1 can of Coke, Pepsi or whatever 1 cup ketchup 5 tbsp BBQ seasoning 1-2 generous tbsp sriracha sauce or ground chili, to taste Pour the cola in a pan, bring to boil, add other ingredients, bring to boil again then lower the temperature, reduce until you get a thick and syrup texture, remove from heat, cool down, voilà. :) |
