I know its cheesy but I have fun - it puts a smile on my face...and I love the beat and cheesy vocals!:O:O I go through phases with trance though. I LOVED full on psy for years and now I put it aside for the cheesier stuff - which I listened to first back in 96... I also LOVE IDM too;) yay for electronica! |

Im just extremely open minded to music..I think he has talent. Its my oppinion really...if u dont like it, thats cool, and I understand why a lot of people on this site would make fun of me...I started off on here back in 99 and used to make fun of those people too so its all good;) some of my tastes just got more commercial over the years. I miss my 4000 track mp3 collection..:( damn robbers. I still have my cds at least. |

Alors je suis en charge de vous annoncer ce que nous savions tous déjà, le Aria fermera les portes au courant du mois de décembre. Mais surtout, ce topic est pour clarifier toutes les rumeurs entourant le party de fermeture. Alors voici toutes les réponses au mystère: OUI, il y aura un party de fermeture. NON, ca ne sera pas le samedi 9 décembre. La date est confirmée et sera révélée, ainsi que le line-up officiel, le prix et tout le reste dans quelques jours. J'ai parlé avec JFL aujourd'hui et c'est dans l'intention de tout le monde de terminer l'aventure du Aria en beauté, avec un vrai party de fermeture. Et ce sera fait de la bonne façon, avec assez de temps pour le promouvoir correctement. C'est totalement vrai que les intentions primaires étaient de faire la soirée le 2 décembre, et elle a été repoussée au 9 décembre. Mais le Aria n'a jamais fait de déclaration officielle, et les rumeurs circulaient avant même que cette soirée soit une réalité. Quelques DJs avaient également donner leur accord pour jouer, mais il manquait beaucoup de confirmations et surtout, de temps pour faire les choses correctement. C'est-à-dire un flyer, un communiqué officiel, et une promo appropriée. Si mes infos de partys auraient toujours été révélés avant mes publications, tout le monde constaterait que j'ai changé souvent de dates, de DJs, et que parfois les situations étaitent plus que problématiques. C'est pour ça qu'il faut TOUJOURS attendre la promo officielle. Il est tout à fait injustifié de parler de mauvaise promotion car la soirée n'a pas été promue POINT, j'aurais été le premier à le faire. Alors, tout sera dévoilé dans les prochains jours, avec une confirmation finale et officielle. merci |

Here are all the official answers surrounding the mistery of Aria's closing party... YES, there will be a closing party. NO, it will not be Saturday Dec.9th, but later in December. The date is confirmed, and it will be revealed soon with official date, e-flyer, line-up, price, and official communiqué by Aria. I talked with JFL today and it is the intention of everybody to do a very nice closing party, the way it should be, and promoted like it should. The info will come out and the next days. It is true that primary intentions were to do that night on Dec 2nd, and then was postponed to dec 9th. But Aria never officially promoted that night, and most of the info leaked out way before it was even a reality. Some Djs were indeed ready to play, but Aria didn't received all confirmations, and didn't have time to get everything together on time. That means flyer, a nice official closing communiqué, and a proper promo. Again, it was very clear between me and Jean-Fred that he wants to finish this adventure the right way, and give everybody at least 2 weeks to promote this right. He put a lot of efforts in to that club, it would be crazy to think he doesn't care. We COULD have done it Saturday the 9th, but I did suggest that it wasn't a good idea since it didn't give enough time for people to plan it out, most were in exams, and it just wasn't the right way to end on a positive note with all the bad mouth on the web right now. Aria should have a nice closing party, and we will join efforts to do so. I honestly think that all the anger regarding bad promo of that night is unjustified. It's not bad promo, IT WAS NEVER READY TO BE PROMOTED in the first place. I would have been the first one to do, but I didn't. If one thing I learned in 8 years of working with clubs, is WAIT FOR THE OFFICIAL INFO. Will there be an international headliner? no. Will all local Djs that played for aria be there? Obviously not since some of them just refused the invitation |
