What are your credentials? Personally, I've never heard of you, nor have I heard your music and my people keep me on top of the latest. Can you enlighten me? Most of the people I know who have made significant music don't have the time to post that frequently, and when they lend their "professional" take on anything, they use constructive criticism to not only improve upon what they hear, but as a means by which they show their true knowledge.

Yes, the strike is a pain, but on one level (that really pisses me off) I gotta respect their right to strike. I might disagree with their tactics at times, but I personally can't say I'm inconvenienced as I can commute during my normal rush hours, since they compromised. I might not agree with the frequency the stm takes action. As a teacher I think they strike over far better conditions (i.e.$$$) than I personally experience. Then again, summers off, weekends, tenure, and med/dent all soften my situation and I got that because at some point there was a strike to get those benefits. Teacher strikes are a total bitch to everyone, unless you go to highschool have no kids.

BTW It isn't the custodial staff that is on strike!! I made that mistake and thought I'd make the 6 hours of work they do on strike intense. I even brought a marker and tagged my way to work, and tore up 3 metro newsrags to make their work harder. Found out it was the mechanical maintenance staff. Not the drivers or cleaners. I'm such a fucking twat.

It's a neccesary evil process that you gotta deal with if you wanna be civilized like we is. Databoy is right. Get active and call the numbers and harrass whoever you got to harrass. Or tag the metros. Just make it interesting.

This hospital situ is unique to Quebec. The health care system is on the same level as Mexico (and I really wish I was kidding here). You also have the phenomenon of the brain-drain, where you not only have QC trained doctors leaving for the US (like the rest of Canada), they're also leaving for Ontario and (especially) Alberta.

I personally used PCs since the tandy 1000 and remained a content PC user for over 2 decades. I finally decided to give mac a try this summer and it was a radical shift in perspective. I recognize that PC are modifiable to a significantly greater degree and are by far more potentially powerful, but macs provide an ease of operation and a reliability that is incomparable. This is the reason why great producers of film, music, and content use macs. THey may not have the interest or aptitude to learn how to use their computer before thay can create their primary focus. They just want to do it. PC users are mostly about their computers and modifying them, or they are using AOL.
But I'm now mactarded. Computers are getting lost on me. It really is like Fisher-Price. But I'm making tons of not-computer stuff.
Since religion is kinda played out, this will be the next great division.
ANd the ads are briliantly executed. More ads should do this. Apple owns advertising.
