So....I'm sick of hearing/seeing all this eclipse trance festival shit. I am sure its really awesome actually, but...
Mostly, I just can't wrap my head around why anyone would listen to trance willingly....
But before I go on to be even more of a pretentious asshole and offend everyone...please bother to check out Shambhala, its in august though, so I don't think the 2007 schedules are up yet. I get the impression its the similar to the eclipse festival....just in the mountains, with forts in the trees, 15 000 people, hours away from civilization, mass hippies, not to mention 6 days long!!! and djs like....stanton warriors, lawgiverz, freestylers(only good when someone remixes their shit), meow mix(love that guy), Bass Nectar, Hive, SS, aphrodite(cocksucker), and shpongle, just to name a few off the top of my head. Notice they are not trance, but with 6 stages, there is definitely a trance stage, which I avoid like the plague...unless I want to get my face painted because I like randomly glowing all night...
My point is, montreal should definitely have a party like this one. Fuck electro and fuck trance. But I have to admit I usually like psy-kids, they are a-ok. =) One can understand wanting to trip out. However, for me drugs are usually required....but then I dance in the trance stage and everyone's happy. I bought acid from a grandma out of a hippie van....okay, random tangent once again, this is why I am in science kiddies.
So, basically, you should all meet me for a bump on the stump....because a long long tyme ago, a dealer spilled a gram of K on the stump...and I couldn't just leave it there. Or you could meet me on the beach in the morning for some cereal and noz probably followed up by some acimine....it really helps you get a start on the day. Honestly, when you crawl out of your tent to a fucking blazing hot sun.....your first thought is, "fuckkkkkkkkkkk"....and then it's where can I get a beer, a joint and where did I leave my bag of K, god damn it I hope I have habituated myself well enough to put it back where it belongs(my pocket)!!!
In any event, I want people from here to come there....but I know bc is a long way for a roadtrip, roughly about 42 hours straight, so if anyone is sketchy enough to buy a plane ticket to calgary/edmonton, I'm sketchy enough to get you a ride to the party and shit to camp with. My actions tend to redeem my words. =)
