| I have a feeling they're not quite as bad as sleeping pills.. last year, I just couldn't sleep at night and so the doctor prescribed sleeping pills, but they are soo bad for you! and they are so addictive and you become dependent on them. I almost lost my mind when I stopped taking them.. Which explains why now I just lay awake at night and live with the fact that I just can't sleep. |
