I think if more folks did parties like sub culture or flux or things like tha were people played for basic costs so the cost of the party is not so high and there is not so much to loose life would be better for everyone. I think keeping things real about the music and not about money realyl helps to keep things in check... any how Im just blabbering... as for that other guy what ever your name is I gues i just dont like your posting style and choce of words you say one thing then your side stepping around it after.....if your gonna throw down some words stick by them... dont get all hyporcitical on me... by saying one thing and doing another... you want a demo get me an adress and Ill give you a live demo... |

 Coolness: 149145 | i agree with neil that Noah Pred, Tobias, Mossa get NO love from the montreal underground, although they got their shit going on in different spheres, and all make sick tracks, on top of obviously being sick DJs. the list of "under-rated" DJs is a tough one, meant to highlight skilled peeps who you prolly never heard of... so if you've never heard of them, it just PROVES that they're underrated. I dont consider myself, galaksy or fishead underrated cause we play out a fair amount and i think get a lot of love and respect from the underground here (although it'd be nice to get some Mutek peeps, for example, appreciating the tek that level 4 does..., or some turntablists recognizing fisheads skills)... but whatever.. It's always been my opinion that the best DJs in the world never play out. they spin for themselves, in their basements, with music and skills that are so beyond fucked that nobody would even wanna appreciate them. when you create art for individual personal expression ONLY, that's when it's the best. imo. lol |
