As you get older, you don't get as upset from this kind of stuff! It gets easier. I'm not saying you stop caring about your looks, but that dagger-in-the heart-feeling of watching girls that are so effortlesly pretty and having it all is a lot less painful, cause you realize that you don't need that to be happy with your life, who you are, your interests, etc. Looks matter in our society, but they're not everything. Find a style AND a lifestyle that suits your personality the most and there are people that are going to find you attractive. And isn't that what counts? And who are these people that call you ugly in the first place? I would bet 20 bucks that they're not supermodels themselves... Seriously.
