and in truth i don't want attention, not in that way. i don't want to feel 'more hot' or 'less hot' than other people, i just want to be who i am, in a world where everyone gets recognition. i just wish we would not hold these contests. they feel like high school all over, and i had a terrible time there because of that... and i'm really happy it's over, but when i see adults hold contests like that it makes me sad. |

and, who never had contradictory emotions on something.................... i'm sure you had, too. especially about self-image, self-confidence. most people that i know have some issue or another. but yes, i try dealing with it... as much as contests like this can make people many people feel inadequate, not hot, and frustrated, i find that this conversation is actually kind of therapeutic :P |
