If you're paid ten bucks an hour and can't afford a 50$ event every month, you have budget problems. Trust me, I've worked minimum wage for years, a decade ago; paying bills, apartment and services and still had no problem. If you can't afford it, Databoy is right; you have a lot to learn. But I rememeber that back in those days, most partygoers were over 17 at least and at least had a part time job (or school loans. teehee) and were able to afford a party like once or twice a month. Nowadays, 14-17, they want to party every fucking day of the weekend, and don't have a job. So you get what you pay for. If you go to less parties, you can actually plan and save up for it.
